They are only receiving a one since there is no option to leave a ZERO. My husband picked up two complete meals which completely blew my mind. (not in good way) The cheese was super rubbery , the rice had no seasoning and the plantains were undercooked. The portions were all off as you get huge amounts of rice with less than a cup of meat. Read moreThe price not a big deal I see a lot of reviews complaining about the price $18 for carne asada with QUESO frito. The issue isn’t the price.
The issue is the food quality. This isn’t fritanga I’m 100% positive the owners nor the cooks are Nicaraguan. Nothing here taste Nicaraguan the carne asada taste like a grilled steak the gallo pinto taste like rice and beans it doesn’t taste like GALLO PINTO y CARNE ASADA it taste like white rice mixed with beans and a piece of marinated skirt steak.
If the food tasted authentic, this place would be worth the money, and it’s not.
