Beauty EXPO ‘The Hair, Beauty & Barber Supply Warehouse’ OPEN TO THE PUBLIC — Local services in Goulds

We are the company that sold socks to this store in May 2024. Two months later, we received a check, but it bounced. After the check bounced, we requested payment several times, but the store stated they would return the socks we had sold.

Since we couldn't trust the quantity of socks the store claimed to return, we visited the store in Miami, Florida, by car from Dallas, Texas, in early August 2024 to retrieve the socks. However, the original quantity we had sold was not there.

The store promised to send us a check for the missing quantity, but we have not received it to this day. We have sent multiple emails and text messages to request payment, but the store has not responded in any way.

We have no way of contacting this store, and we are unsure if it has gone out of business, which is why we are posting this story here.

If anyone sees this post and knows whether this store has closed down, we would greatly appreciate it if you could inform us.

"Warning" Do not buy from this beauty supply store. They are scamming you with the buy one get one free sale. I bought some products and they only take the money of the cheapest items and you pay full price for the more expensive items. I bought 2 packs of same hair for $24.99 each and two packs of the same perm for $12.99 each and two of the same developers for $6.99 each and 2 packs of the same Hair lightener for $2.99 each. They gave me the two $6.99 products and the two $2.99 products for free and charge me for both the $12.99 and $24.99 products. When I confronted them they claim that its buy one get one free of equal or lesser value and when you tell them you want your money back they show you the receipt where it says "No Refund" after they make you believe everything in the store is on sale. I asked when I went in the store if everything was on sale and all the sales people tell you its buy one get one free and they even want you to leave a google review to...

The worse experience I have ever been through literally left crying in tears. I went in and asked the lady for help I told her I needed good real wigs that I can reuse she ended up giving me 3 fake wigs. Went to my stylist and she told me I can’t reuse the hair that it is cheap and fake I went back and they told me I can switch it out this 2nd time i thought they gave me a deal since it was human hair at the end I ended up paying $642.00 just for one real human wig not only that the wig was falling apart shredding. This 3rd time I came my stylist showed up and told me that none of those wigs are good they did not want to refund me my money back. They took advantage of me because I do not know anything of hair and wigs. I do not recommend the prices are a rip off. I will never step foot in that store ever in my life.
