Drifters Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Grafton

We were there Saturday, got there at 1:30. Waited quite a while for our waitress to take our drink order and bring menus. It's ok, they are short staffed and busy. We ask for tea and water. She said they are out of tea, so he ordered sprite. We sit for about a half hour with no drinks. She comes to take our food order and forgot the drinks still said she will be right back with them. Some people sit at the table next to us and when their waitress brings their drinks (including a tea) l ask her to please ask our waitress to bring our drinks. She finally does. We make conversation with the people next to us while waiting for our food. They then get their food while we are still waiting. We've been here over an hour at this point. We have a 1 1/2 year old who's not had lunch yet, the people next to us shared their ravioli and fries with him, and we had snacks. Thank God for those people or our son would not have had anything to eat besides goldfish crackers. Our waitress said our food is still "cooking". Finally a little after 3:00 we tell them we are just gonna go. We had somewhere to go. As we are getting the baby stuff put away, another waitress comes up to us and asks us to pay for the Sprite my husband got ( and never drank). She wanted that 2.50. We had been there for over an hour and a half by this point. After a bit of back and forth she let us go without paying for the soda. But it was the worst dining experience for us in a long time. Especially when my son keeps signing "eat" and "more" we could tell he was hungry and we didn't have his food. They people next to us were so kind, but we couldn't expect them to give him a whole meal. I know customer service isn't easy, and we tried to be patient and kind, but watching other people come in, order, eat and leave all while we sat and waited was...

There was literally 4 of us who ordered food. Less then 12 mins later 1 person salda came out.. cool cool.. 45 mins from salad arriving 1 hr later still rest of us still no food..meanwhile sereral tables had been waited on an food brought out. I go inside talk to bar/ manger ask for tabs and to cancel our order.. 10-14 mins later still nothing. We all decided it isn't worth it an get up and leave. It wasn't until we were all the way down ramp " THEY DECIDED WE WERE IMPORTANT ".. needles to say they ended up getting 20.00 bucks for a damn house salad because " I wasn't in control " ... if your server CAN NOT HANDLE MORW THEN 3 TABLES AT A TIME WHEN NOT BUSY THEN SHE SURE IN RHE HELL CAN'T WHEN BUSY... SMH..20.00 FOR A 5.00 SALDA AND A SERVER WHO DIDNT DESERVE 1.00.. GO WASTE YOUR MONEY, BUT PLANN ON BEING CHASED DOWN WHEN THEY TAKE OVER 1 1/2 HRS FOR 4 PPLS FOOD WHEN 6 OTHERA TABLES CAME AN WENT AFTWR US.. JUST KNOW YOU BEEN WARNED.. NOT EVEN WORTH IT... VERY DISAPPOINTED AT A PLACE THAT NORMALLY HAD BEST FOOD IN GRAFTON😬😡😡.. and then not.to even offer.the salda for free is crazy.. yet start screaming and yelling at a group of bikers that can seriously ruin your...

I thought I had an ok time here. Besides I left the place with a terrible stomach ache because the fried pickles and pulled pork had so much grease. But I was playing nice and trying not to complain. Until I got a rude message from one of the workers about not leaving a tip. Our food was over $100 for 7 people but you want a tip here is a few. Tips When a women hands her debt card to pay for food dont bring back receipt to the man for him to sign. Make pickle chips taste like pickles When you have to pee dont run into the bathroom like ur on fire so you can full blown hit my daughter in the elbow. When a tip wasn't given dont leave a rude comment on person Facebook message then delete it and block that person. Food tested so much better few years ago.
