The second you walk in you are greeted to an obnoxious and irritating chime on the door. You are then forced to hear it go off every 2 minutes when someone walks in and out the door because of how busy it was and it becomes very insufferable when dining in. The service was just okay. It took around 40 minutes to get our food and people who came in later than us got their pizzas first. When our food finally arrived the girl who brought out our pizzas (not our server) said “wow you guys must be very hungry” because we each got a large. I’m sure she was trying to be funny but it came off as rude and was very unnecessary. Just deliver the food next time instead of being snarky. Now for the food…. It was just okay. It wasn’t bad but for how expensive it is, it’s extremely average. The crust is really lacking in flavor. The best part of the experience was definitely the atmosphere, very nice inside and I loved all the decorations on the wall. I wouldn’t drive far for this pizza and I definitely wouldn’t want to wait 40 minutes again, but overall it...

Food quality is not what it use to be. Chincy portions on cheese and sauce, greasy toppings. When you can see majority sauce(what little there is)and crust through cheese at $12 for a medium 12" pizza its not worth it. $5 for slice of pie, and that size? Come on.

And now $2.50 or $3 for a slice of tiny pizza? Gotta be kidding.

Lu herself left the business to a kid or sister can't remember after the fire and they are going the expensive hipster route instead of providing good reasonably priced food for the community like lu did.

Recently cut off their family deals due to rising cost of goods and supply issues. But then adds a bunch of new items that either includes items from those ended deals or new ingredients. The person is greedy and living in food network land. They will soon realize with the expansion of grafton, the new delivery apps and the death and moving away of regulars, they're days...

Worst experience of my life. Just moved in the area. They said they would deliver to me..... But it was 30 minutes late, cold, it looked like it was dropped upside down. And we ordered garlic butter on the side which was spilled all over the bottom of the box. They also had a dog with them when the delivered it. The dog must have stepped all over it. And then I called to let the manager know about my experience and there was no manager there. But someone was yelling in the background what to say. Then magically manager Jeffy was there to talk and said he was the one that delivered it and stopped to get his baby and his dog and girlfriend first. But they wouldn't take care of the problem because I didn't call soon enough to complain. Thanks Jeffy!!!! If I were the owner I would fire everyone that works there and start...
