MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A QR CODE FOR ANY & ALL ADVERTISING FROM THEM TO RECEIVE THE DEAL, AS ADVERTISED! Randomly stopped here to take advantage of their 50% off Bragles & grab some coffee. Upon entering, I was expecting to see fun & friendly faces, that wasn't the case. We were greeted with a dull "hi" from ONE of the five team members. I get it, it's 7:25am, but still a little hospitality & kindness goes a LONG way. Especially, if you are someone's morning stop: you are literally setting the pace for this person's WHOLE day. Be kind, ALWAYS! As an added measure: maybe, if someone can't decide on an item, try suggesting something to them or asking them if they would like some help deciding, instead of looming over the counter staring. The lack of communication between manager & team members about discounts with QR codes seems to be an issue as well. If you want to be honest about your coupons/discounts, put the QR code ON the advertising pictures? That seems more logical for marketing & an easier way to pass it along. But what do I know 🤷🏻‍♀️ As for the Bragel sandwich: it was just okay. The sausage was under cooked, it lacked maple syrup, the flavor was just off about it. The coffee is superb though!! No complaints there. Maybe go to their drive thru, so you dont have an awful experience like...

I had such a great experience at Biggby of Grafton! The girls working were SO nice and welcoming—they went out of their way to help me with my coupons and even made sure my rewards account was set up correctly. That kind of customer service makes such a big difference, and they made me feel really taken care of.

The food was delicious—the maple waffle sandwich is honestly the best breakfast sandwich I’ve had in a long time! The coffee was not only yummy but also really pretty (you can tell they take pride in how they make drinks).

Ordered a caramel cold brew sweet foam no cream or sugar and a Red Bull crème freeze with strawberry and coconut syrup simple enough a pretty basic order, two drinks. The person at the speaker kept asking which mocktail I wanted after I kept repeating Red Bull creme freeze the size, and the syrups. The she proceeded to ask me if I want it “frozen” like um… it’s a crème FREEZE it’s already frozen. Got to the window to get drinks, used my reward card I was not informed I had a free drink or how many points were on my card. And to top it all off the caramel in the coffee wasn’t mixed and the Red Bull was completely separated from crème freeze...
