Been eating here for years, never had an issue until recently. Ordered on the app for pickup, got charged to my card and a confirmation that the food was being prepared. When I went to pick it up the staff said they hadn't received any order from me, then argued with me about which address was correct and became super dismissive and refused to even attempt to process a refund, or even just make the food i already paid for and had the electronic receipt pulled up on my phone. Went up there today to try to get a refund again, and they told me I'd have to dispute the charge with my bank. Absolutely ridiculous, and unacceptable service from a restaurant. So, thats how my last visit to a subway went. Hopefully I can save someone...

I have contacted the store, the delivery service, and their customer service through their website. Took 3 tries from Doordash and 3 from myself for an answer from anybody. Patricia sent me an email telling me to call a number and ask for the delivery depth. I did, the lady I spoke to said they had no such dept or anything like it, so I sent an email back to Patricia 3 times over 3 weeks.
