McDonald's — Restaurant in Grafton

Fries were so cold they were soggy, I took them back in and waited 15 min just for an employee to ask me what I needed and another 10 min to have the fries brought back out by which time the rest of my meal was cold. Grafton usually always has an array of smiling faces and accommodating workers, I don't think the lack of appropriate actions for myself and several disgruntled consumers had been waiting as well. From my observations, the workers are in a non staggering shift change at the exCt time school is letting out, and traffic and population and needs are at the high demand for the day. Being stuck to answer for the non functioning schedule the employees are probably also stressed knowing the near impossible demand on a daily basis and dealing with the high demand fast paced orders while cleaning work stations, shift change , drawer count etc. Have a...

A one star is higher than I was wishing to post, but it's the lowest that the system goes. Upon ordering a basket of fries, the incompetent workers failed to inform me that they were out of cheese until I later go up to claim the cheese that wasn't provided. The workers are incapable of doing basic math. A tax isn't going to cause a seven dollar sandwich to cost nine dollars, and the worker failed to provide any other reason than "It's an expensive sandwich. A half hour wait is not acceptable for some chicken nuggets, some pre-made sandwiches. For a food chain known for enourmous portions, the side salads are pathetic. The ice to drink ratio was extremely unproportional. I threw away a cup still half full (or half empty) because it was completely filled with ice. I went tonight at 11:30pm. Granted, that is 30 minutes before close so i will give some leadway. However, my order was completely messed up. :/ I ordered a bacon quarter pounder meal and a 10 piece nugget meal. I made the sandwich with special instructions, and it came completely opposite. It had pickles, ketchup, and mustard on it, everything i asked not to be on it. They also used a CHEESEBURGER patty on my quarter pounder..The nuggets came with NO sauces when I even added EXTRA bbq sauce. then, our fries were not cooked all the way, and we’re still half frozen on the inside. The sweet tea we ordered was not sweet at all. This was by far the worst trip i’ve ever taken. $20 down the drain.
