So today the service was unorganized and not following through correctly to fix a problem with a solution more of a slapping it on there to see if the customer says anything. little did I know how it was going to turn out . So I went to ask for a double sundae lava cake with chocolate scoops and butterfinger on top . And turns out they didn't have lids and I totally understand that okay cool , and then we received the Sundae it had almonds on it , I then asked for a correction because I just got dental work done so I wanted something soft not hard like nuts . And they proceed to take it back and they return it to me and I'm thinking awesome it looks fine because alot of butterfinger on top . Little did I know I take a bite and a closer look there is almond's underneath the butterfinger . Not handled properly and my scoops were still vanilla . It is frustrating when you are expecting it to be fixed and they just slap something on top of the Sundae ?? Like covering it so i was not pleased with this Braums here . even when we were waiting it was not nice to have people honking at us while these corrections that were not our fault being made .now, I can understand mistakes and if someone is new to a job 100% . But when you have to return it and still have no correction more so less effort. so then to have dental work done and barley be able to eat the Sundae . I did leave a voicemail but I usually don't even say anything it was something simple but for some reason it was very complicated . Thank you...

I loved this little town - since my grandparents retired here & I would come to visit in the summer.However Braums is not off to a good start. I agree with the lady that said customer service is just not there. The first time we went to Braums - we went through the drive thru window. When at the speaker - we were trying to order a single dip sunday. When a lady comes on the speaker & says - oh so your trying to custom order your sunday. No we were trying to order what was on the menu. Second time we decided we would just go in & buy a container of ice cream - that should be faster. Not so much - my husband waited there forever - even though there were plenty of people just standing there talking - to be checked out.So now we've already decided this is not worth the aggravation. Read moreThe new Brain's in Graham, Tx was a major disappointment to us when a group of us came for ice cream on a Saturday night after a meeting at church. I can understand a little unclean counters if there were a mob of people, but every where behind the counter had ice cream, sauces, whipped cream, nuts, etc. Spread all over it. One customer came up beside me to speak to the manager. She told her that if anyone took a picture of the mess and put it in the paper, she wouldn't have any more business as disgusting and dirty as the place was. The manager just shrugged her shoulders and went off.Braum's has always been a favorite of ours, but lately the lack of cleanliness we've observed is a turn off.
