McDonald's — Restaurant in Granby

Last night, at around 10:30 pm me and my friends decided to go to mcdonald’s to get a few things. We went through the drive through and everything started off good. After telling the employee we needed a minute to order, he disappeared for almost 10 minutes, even after we called out saying we were ready to place our orders. We decided to go up to the second window, and when we got there and told the man that we had been waiting for awhile and not receiving any response, he “suddenly” realized that the battery in his headset wasn’t there anymore. He told us to pull back around, and order. Second time around, ready to order, it started off fine. After ordering two strawberry banana smoothies, the screen showed him as ringing up two chocolate frosted milkshakes, with which I said “i just wanted to make sure it’s strawberry banana smoothies and not the chocolate shakes.” with which he replied “i know what i’m doing”. after completing the rest of our order, we pulled back around to the second window for our food and drinks. to sum up the rest of the experience, the sprite had no syrup and was just carbonated water, and our request for mayonnaise was met with “we don’t have any more”. i proceeded to go into the mcdonald’s to ask for mayonnaise and sure enough, a kind woman pulled out a LARGE tub of mayonnaise packets handed me a few. i’m disappointed because i never write negative reviews, but this was a very poor experience. would...

So I have worked 2fast food before. An it was about 8-8:50ish. We get there place our order and we get our food and my daughter and niece wanted french fries. So I reach in grab them eat some and the french fries were literally so hard I couldn't give them to the babies. So I kept feeling for softer one's which they weren't in all actuality soft at all. I completely understand that it's getting close to closing time but I mean come on! She could have said they were out for the night or just made a few. She should have never been serving super hard and dry french fries and taking money for.them. it was pathetic it really was. There's no excuse for it! She was super skinny and had brown hair and I believe brown eyes. An it was the weekend after the 23 a Sunday night. So the actual day was the 29th. I never served trashy food to my customers. An I know how good a worker is relates to their work they put out and willingness to be diligent. We all have a bad day at some point while working but this was just common sense to not serve french fries that were so hard they were too hard to tear in half. I sure do hope this employee cleans up her act An is not serving hard french fries to anyone anymore. I hope my review helped in some way. I also really dislike the McDonald's app for whatever reason it doesn't work which is frustrating and...

DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!!!

Pulled into the drive through around 5:15 pm on a Thursday. We were asked to hold before they would take our order. No big deal if that was all that happened.... After we put our order in we pulled up to the window and we sat there waiting for approximately 10 min to get ICE CREAM NO HOT FOOD We could see that inside was very slow and there was only 1 car behind us in the drive thru. There were at least 3 employees on duty, but being it was the start of dinner hours I assume they had more. As we sit at the window and wait, we see ONE worker making our order. First of all let me point out that the drive thru window was open... This employee should be fired. She was one of the most unprofessional people I have ever seen. Each time she would finish an item she would yell that it was done. Some PROPHANITY came out of her mouth, which we heard loud and clear, like I said the window was open. and we could hear at least two employees yelling at each other. Once our order was finally done, this employee rudely told her coworker that she will hand it out. At this point we still hadn't paid. After this rude employee handed us our order and ignored the money we tried to hand her, she walked away. So then we had to sit there another minute to wait for the cashier to come get our money.
