Went thru drive thru at 1040pm, ordered food, and paid for it. Then the worker asked me to park and wait and pointed to a spot in their parking lot. I requested a receipt, and the worker said it would be in the bag. I parked and waited and watched two people get their food that was in front of me. 10 mins later, three more cars came thru and got their food after me. 15 mins after placing my order. The worker looked at my car like, "Who was I?" I said out my car window, "im still waiting on my food." The worker confirmed my order and ran back inside. The worker finally brought me my food. I drove away while checking the order and they forgot my fries. I drove back, and the lady out back smoking said, "we are closed." As i was pulling around, drive thru. I said back, "You forgot my fries." After pulling up to the window, she asked me what kind and what size in a very rude manner. I replied curly and large. She gave me my fries and slammed the window shut. My order was not even big, under 27$. If the employees cared less about drive-thru time and more about getting the order correct. Then I would be happy. I understand fast food and have been in the restaurant and service industry for 15 years of my life. There is no need for any of the attitude and rushing customers thru because they are about to close. The worker that took my order was nice, and the worker who brought my food out was attentive, sympathetic, and helpful. It was the older lady who had the attitude when i went back for my fries at the drive-thru window. Food was not bad, but the fries were...
Read moreSecond time I’ve came an hour and a half before 11 pm and after waiting well over 5 minutes at the speaker although there were no cars they told me they were done to one fryer and that ANYTHNG fried chicken was going to be over a 15 minute wait. I could tell they just wanted me to leave and I could understand maybe ten minutes before. It’s been a month since then.
I’ve been sitting in line for over 20 minutes with one car being a head of me that waited five minutes at the speaker too. It was 9:45 after that cat pulled forward I got told to wait and then was told that they were done to one fryer again, so I ordered and was so surprised to pull up and see there was no one at the window. I thought they had to of been busy. They had someone pulled ahead waiting for food. I watched 3 of the 8 cars behind me drive off before even getting to the speaker, another car behind me pull off because of the fryer situation. Took me 15 minutes to get my one small curly fry. This whole time they had not taken any one else’s order because no one pulled up behind me at the window but were at the speaker.
Bruh I felt my soul leave my body when I seen they were THREE human beings working during this. I’ve never seen something like this occur. This hope management knows they are being ROBBED blind and their reputation...
Read moreThis location used to be a great place to get something to eat, but in the last couple years the quality has gone down drastically. Their service is still great, employees are quite friendly and nice every visit.
As far as the food goes though, I cant remember the last time I got hot food from this location. Curly fries are always old and cold, chicken tastes like its old and barely warm, cold sandwiches that should be hot. I started to get some wraps instead because I figured if it was supposed to be cold that I wouldn't be disappointed, but even those are hit or miss due to things like hard tortilla wraps and old bacon. We don't live far from the location so its not like it gets cold and old on the way home, they just let food sit for a long time and still serve it.
Your mileage may vary, I have gotten some good food too, but it's almost always the Wraps that are good, not much else. It would be more understandable if they didn't pull most people up to wait on their food to be finished for several minutes, only to still...
