Firehouse Subs Grand Blanc — Restaurant in Grand Blanc

im leaving 2 stars for one main reason. first off the food is great and the workers always seem great. however today i went in to order 66 dollars of food just to be told at payment I can't pay with a 100 dollar bill. I was told "other stores have taken one too many fake bills.". I expressed my frustration with this but the key factor here is. THEY DO NOT POSSESS A BILL CHECKING PEN????? How are you a business and not have this 2 dollar pen. so bc of somebody else's bad intentions I now have to suffer also bc of laziness on the o wners part. so I hope this reaches you. no manager on site to speak with I was told it was your policy. I won't be back if this is your policy. the money came from the bank and was absolutely legit. ive ordered a 100 times and paid cash. I own a business and I have bill checkers for that same reason. no excuse. it was 66 dollars in food. id understand if it was 6 dollars in food. do better, this is America where...

The food is just OK. Higher quality than Subway and probably on par with or slightly better than Jimmy Johns, which are both coincidentally within walking distance from Firehouse. Grand Blanc is a magnet for sub shops, its weird. The portion sizes seem small for the price and the pricing seems really inconsistent between sandwiches. The online menu is obnoxious to navigate on mobile and the site itself has a lot of bugs in general with the cart. They did have a good variety of toppings which I liked but when we got our order all of the sandwiches were drowning in shredded lettuce and mayo, even the ones ordered without mayo. The pickle spears were wrapped in plastic and were slimy and gross. ...

Last night I ordered from here for myself and my family for the first time and it was delicious! I haven’t craved sub sandwiches for along time. However, two of my family members got sick the following morning. My son had the pepperoni meatball sub and my mom had a steak and cheese sub, both of them got sick the next morning. I had an Italian sub, my little brother had the Engineer Sub and we are both fine. So maybe it was something in the meat? I’m not sure. Had that not have happened I would give this place 5 stars.

UPDATE: My son is still having Diarrhea. This is honestly such a Nuisance!!!! Thank God he hasn’t thrown up since Sunday morning. He traumatized from this...
