China Jade — Restaurant in Grand Blanc

We just moved to the area and hadnt tried a lot of food hereabouts, so this one was a great find. Easy to find if you've been down saginaw road. Food is a little pricey at times, but totally worth it as you get huge portions. Service was friendly, and the place is hopping on a friday around dinner. Love the food, it was super delicious. Got it home and it was still hot, plus a menu comes with it, so thats helpful for next time we want some from there. She got general tso's chicken with white rice, its amazing. Not too spicy and not too much sauce like some places. I got beef and broccoli and have to say pretty mucht he same. Some places drown the food in sauce, china jade doenst. We also got house special fried rice and it's probably the first time we've got house rice somewhere and got crab along with all the rest in the rice!~ Crab! Super tastey. We'll get it again. Little bit of a wait when we went to pick it up, but that wasnt really their fault. They got hit pretty hard around dinnertime and I'll probably try again at a different...

Not impressed... Try them for the 1st time ,ordered sesame chicken with chicken fried rice and a chicken egg roll. The food was hot however I've never had chicken fried rice with peas chunks of carrot and what appeared to be boiled chicken in it. The chicken was long and stringing and bland the rice had little to no flavor. I was not impressed especially for the price of the meal. The egg roll had a filler in it I'm not familiar with and had 0 to no flavor inside. Very little chicken present. It is a shame that in today's day and age cannot find a quality Chinese restaurant for take out. Passing on my experience so other people can make their own decision and whether they want to visit this restaurant or not. It's your money I honestly believe it's not worth...

I hate giving undesirable reviews of restaurants. It wasn’t bad. But it also wasn’t great.

What was GREAT: Speed. Sweet & Sour chicken. Egg rolls. Spring rolls. We enjoyed all these.

What was just ok: Rice. Wonton soup. Orange chicken wasn’t very orange-y, but was ok.

What was NOT good: General Tsos was flavorless. Crab Rangoon was small and lacked flavor too.

(If you want an accurate menu, pick one up from the place. Quite a few options were missing online.)
