Casey's — Restaurant in Grand Island

Ordered a pizza on the way into work. Pizza was set to be ready for pickup around 535pm. I got to the store at 538pm and asked for my pizza. The gal stated it would be about 7 more min for mine. No big deal as I'd still make it to work on time. At 550pm another gentleman finally helps her and asks names to see where she was at. She stated I'm making his pizza now. So a full 12min went by and she was just starting to make the pizza. App needs to do a better time estimate if they are that far behind as I ordered at 510pm for immediate pickup. I just had to leave. Called the store to cancel my order as I payed ahead and all I could here was the man on the phone and woman working complaining and talking bad about me cancelling. If someone orders pizza from here I highly recommend you choose pay when you pickup so you don't have to wait a week for...

Usually the pizza is good at this location. Tonight we ordered a large beef got home and it's burnt. Why when they knew it was burnt didn't they make a new one. NO they just boxes it up and didn't say a word. Called them the guy was like sorry about that bring it back and we will get you a new one why should we have to take it back over there its not our fault .He knew when he sent it out the door it was burnt. I guess the dog will have pizza tonight. Pathetic...

Manager could not refund me for the price of an undelivered pizza and called the police on me for telling her she didn't know what she was doing after giving me a phone number to call corporate. Corporate then only gave me $10 Casey's cash and never refunded my card. Corporate also said they would call me back to ask more questions...
