Starbucks — Restaurant in Grand Island

Came in to do paperwork over the internet which star bucks provides which is always helpful. Was unable to focus because of a group of middle eastern gentlemen speaking as loud as possible, impossible to even hear the conference call which I was in through the headphones on my ears, asked the shift manager at the time if he could ask them to be a little quieter. Shift manager told me that I could ask them but he would do nothing. Went outside, was followed by them outside, went back in was followed back in, went to my car. And 30 minutes of paperwork took 3 hours because of the constant shutting down and starting up of my computer, and now with a 5 hour drive home it will be 1am before I get home. If i could give zeros stars for service and Atmosphere i would. I was absolutely ignored when i walked up the the front. It took for me to ask when my coffee would be done for anyone to look at me and then i received attitude in return. She seemed annoyed to be there. With a good 6 people waiting as well. Not to mention my coffee tastes like garbage, coincidentally the woman with the attitude made it. I’m not coming here anymore. There’s a staff member (possibly the manager) who is consistently rude and unprofessional whenever I pick up an online order. She makes passive-aggressive comments like “you ordered last minute,” even when the store isn’t busy. Whether I order in person or online shouldn't matter — I just want my tea hot, not sitting on the counter. This has happened more than once. If she dislikes her job that much, she shouldn't take it out on customers. I come here to enjoy my day, not leave...
