Tacos Las Palmas — Restaurant in Grand Island

So i am a long time customer of las palmas. I love it. I got off early today and wanted my usual carne asada burrito for lunch. It wasnt to busy inside and the lady took my order quickly. I Assured her i wanted everything on my burrito. A bit of time passes and she comes up and asked if i wanted a wet burrito. I didnt, so they had to remake it. I get my food and get home and could tell just from holding the box it didnt feel right. Open it up and it is a teeny little burrito. I say okay maybe it happens sometimes. My wife was eating a torta and found 3 curly thick black hairs mabe 2 bites in so we told the lady "hey there's hair in here" and she said it was one of ours. I was bald and my wife was blonde. Then she went to tell the owner and they just looked at us wrong so we got up and left that digusting food there. I am easy to work with but if you can even offer an apology or replace the food you don't deserve to be open. 1 star because before these people accually cared about the food they serve....

When our family first move to grand island we fell in love with tacos Las palmas, they staff is personal and welcoming. Beautiful decor, and now they have a lovely bar that serves both alcoholic and non. The young lady tending bar was very sweet and the young man helping her was very helpful and polite.
