MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Grand Junction

I am 100% understanding of the fact that this is the first week that this location is open, so I know that there are kinks that need to be worked out. However, the experience I had this afternoon was not one I will ever recommend. We placed a mobile order, and then came in to pick it up about half an hour later. Once we arrived, it was not busy. We waited patiently for about 20 minutes, and then we approached an employee for an update on our order. This employee could not provide us an update other than that they had lost one of our pizzas and so they are remaking it. This then became a situation in which they had to remake all of our pizzas at various times, either because they continued to lose them or they became cold. We didn’t end up leaving until almost an hour and a half had passed since we placed the order, with 3 pizzas that were still made incorrectly. I appreciate them trying to remake pizzas that had gone cold, however I would’ve rather had a cold pizza with the correct toppings now than a warm pizza with the wrong toppings half an hour late. The only reason I am leaving two stars instead of one is because one gentleman in particular, who I presume was a manager of some kind, was very kind to us and offered us coupons and free drinks and desserts. Went in to MOD for lunch today around 3pm and the woman who was getting the pizzas out of the oven was extremely rude. I have absolutely no idea what her problem was and I hate to leave a bad review since the pizza was good but that was only after I got my pizza and looked inside the box to see it was made wrong. I asked for the drizzle that was supposed to be on top of the pizza and she looked at me like I was an idiot. I’ve had this pizza so many times I know how it’s made and her attitude was just rotten even after I was nice about it missing what was supposed to be on the pizza. I joined my coworkers in doing an order for charity as I've never tried this place. I was ordering for two, so I had one of each size pizza and a large salad to share. The food tasted wonderfully fresh - one of those meals that makes you feel good. When I went to pick up my order, the employees were positive and eager to help. The store was clean, bright and had a modern hip feel. I will be coming back to dine in soon. Prices were surprisingly reasonable, and I will be adding this to my work lunch favorites. We tried the cauliflower crust on one of the pizzas, and it was hard to tell. It was a bit crunchier/tougher than the regular crust, but it was also very tasty.
