My Dad passed away the beginning of February and we decided to have Qdoba cater for our memorial service. I called them 2/19 to set up catering for today (2/23). We ordered for pick up to save money. When the food was picked up the chicken and steak were not given with the food. I received two phone calls from the store which I missed. I had called my Mom and she explained to me about the chicken and steak not being given. I tried calling the store twice but no answer. So I drove down to Qdoba and upon arrival the lady explained an employee had just left to bring us the food. I then received a call from the driver asking about the length of the driveway. The house sits back and I figured she was at the right location. I had just pulled up to the house and did not see anyone so I called the driver again and ascertained she was at the wrong location. I gave her the correct address and we waited for her to arrive. It should have only taken 10-12 minutes to get to our house. So I called her again and she said the GPS had sent her to the Redlands but she was on her way and was only 5 minutes away. Not even 5 min later she called again and said something happened with her car and she could no longer bring us the food and asked me to come get it. I got in the car with my uncle and headed to her location. I tried calling her again and got no response. My Uncle called the store and complained and asked for her exact location so we could get our food he was hung up on by the man that answered. I finally reached the driver and she said a rock got stuck under her brake pad or something and a kind man helped get her car working and she was on the way again but to the wrong location again. I again gave the correct address and she said she would be here soon. She did finally arrive an hour and a half after our initial pickup time of 11:30am. Read moreI just walked into this location. There were four people, including the manager working behind the counter. No one acknowledged me, and there was only one person working the line. There were 4 orders that one person made as the other customers and I stood there.
I have worked in food service for 15 years and I have never seen such an unresponsive team. Only one person was working while one staff member was watching another one finally joined the cash register. He only did this because I began recording. I have attached a picture to show this. It would be one thing if the other staff were doing anything, but they were literally standing their deer in the headlights.

One young man decided there was not enough room on my quesadilla for pico de gallo, even though he then asked me what else I would like on it after telling me there was no room for it. Though it was tasty. The soft drinks are more expensive than other establishments because of their fancy Coke machine. We purchased two cups only to realize that only a couple of the diet options were available every single other one was empty. And they're supposed to be fresh tea was not so fresh. It made for a very expensive cup of water. It was fairly clean though we did not dine in. But they were all very friendly and worked as quickly and efficiently as possible.
