Statis catering food truck — Restaurant in Grand Prairie

I had to try the food after seeing the reviews on Facebook and Instagram. Service was good. Location was accessible. I ordered the bucket with 3 wings and my friend ordered a small shrimp boil. My friend loved her boil while I on the other hand was not impressed. The batter was tasty but being from the east coast I needed Old Bay Seasoning. The fried lobster was cooked perfectly. My shrimp were missing from my bucket and replaced with a second piece of fish. I was disappointed. I would have liked to be given an option. The wings had no lemon pepper taste and they were wing pieces. The fries were seasoned. The sauce was seasoned mayonnaise. I’m not a fan.

Well I tried it. it’s not a must have for me. I could have spent my $42.50 on something else. The pasta looked good but many patrons complained that the portions were much smaller than their previous visits.
