Subway — Restaurant in Grand Prairie

I LOVE this Subway, everytime I go my experience is outstandingly AMAZING! The worker named Jake, he makes me laugh whilst making my sandwich and I literally have a blast while ordering! Always has a smile on his face and somehow manages to always put one on mine. Theres another worker named Chris who is also outstanding! Another fantastic kid who makes me laugh and makes my Subway experience amazing! These two guys make this Franchise look INCREDIBLY good and I recommend going here. Other reviews say they ran out of bread or cookies, but can you blame them for having so much business? I can see why, every customer is treated with kindess, joy is brought to every customer and the Subway is almost always packed! I don't mind waiting 10 minutes to order because the service is always so good! The tables are ALWAYS clean, floors are ALWAYS clean and the bathroom remains pristine with a wonderful aroma! They hired my son not knowing his age they say when he made it clear and he worked one day for 7 hrs for $8 when it says they get paid a little more like $10. It's been 2 weeks they still haven't paid him for the 1 day he worked and fired him because they say they didn't know he was 14 when subways hire at 13. They asked him to open the store on a Saturday or Sunday by himself after only working one day the week before and to work during the hours he supposed to be in school. Poor management, disorganized, unprofessional, and unethical. No integrity. No good faith to resolve the problem. My son had been trying to handle his own business because he is very independent and responsible but when I have to step on step in and write reviews and call corporate you know it's a problem. This Subway location is awesome. Everyone is always so pleasant when I visit. The macadamia cookies are the absolute best. I really like seeing Christina, Angel (pronounced Anjel), and Amber I believe is her name. I went there at about 2 something. The cookies weren't the best. So Christina offered to make a fresh batch. I went back at about 6 something expecting all of them to be gone or at least almost. Well, Christina's shift was over and she was gone.
