I have many words to say about this place. None of them are positive. Walked into the lobby, as I'm waiting my turn I look up & get a bad feeling. The ceiling tiles had water damage & I could see black mold around the vents. Thought I'd give it a chance. Next, though I was standing a good distance from the front counter, I could hear the front desk clerk say the person's room#. Not professional & I was not comfortable. I asked the clerk not to call out my room #. Went to the room. Still painting tape on our door. Took a shower, tub & curtain were dirty. Tub wouldn't drain. Disgusting! Found bloody prints on bathroom wall. Sheets were dirty, worn & had holes in them. Still decided to stay because we needed to rest. However, that wasn't the worst of it. Next morning while pulling back tge sheets to look for my socks we discovered BED BUGS! At first I didn't realize what it was. My wife moved the pillow where I had laid & found another bug. We then pulled back the mattress & sheets on the other bed & found another...& another & another! In all we found 5. I picked each one up in a plastic bag. A couple of them had popped while I was trying to capture them. They were filled with blood. It was horrible & so disgusting! I called the office & told them they had bed bugs & I was on my way. I thought they would have a manager on duty or be somewhat concerned. I was terribly wrong. The clerk could've cared less about what I had found. I dumped a bug on the counter to show him and all he did was swipe it off the counter into the trash can. I asked him if he understood the seriousness of having bed bugs. No response. I asked for a manager. He said he wouldn't be in until Sunday. He said I could call back. I told him to get someone on the phone. I demanded a full refund. He spoke with the manager & I was told I would only get half a refund because I stayed the night. I told him I didn't know they had BED BUGS & I wouldn't have known if I had not looked for my socks in the sheets. Because I don't normally tear down the bed before I stay in a room!! Eventually I did get a full refund. It will take more than a fresh coat of paint to upgrade this place. Motel6 Corporate personnel should take a CLOSER look at this property. They make you look bad. So very bad. I travel quite often & have stayed at a variety of hotels, from Embassy Suites, Hilton's, to new & much older Motel6's. This is the absolute WORST experience I've EVER had. We will NEVER stay at a...

I was so ready to go to sleep! And figured since Motel 6 had the great commercial, that this would be it! I requested 1 king bed smoking via the mobile app with my credit card. When I got there it looked nasty on the outside. Now you can’t really blame the staff for that part because I think they had some construction or something going on there. when I walked in the office. I spoke first! Introduced myself and requested the room I had reserved! The lady at the counter told me that all they had was a full size double smoking. I immediately got frustrated and told her that, a full size bed would not work my boyfriend is 6 foot 3 and a half. She apologized to me and told me that she had a king size bed room available. She gave me the key to that room, I drove around the hotel to get there. I opened the door, there was food and clothes in the room as if the people who occupied it had stepped out for a while. The bed had stains on it! The Covers had clothes laced inside as if they changed in a hurry! I returned to the office explaining to the lady, the room was nasty ! She apologized and gave me the key to another room and said that it was not a smoking room. I told her that was not acceptable, as I paid for a smoking room and didn’t want to be charged extra for smoking in a nonsmoking room! She told me not to worry about being charged anymore. So I took the key and went to the new room she sent me to. When I got there, there was a person already in the room. They wanted to know why I was trying to get into their room! I explained that the office gave me the key to this room, apologized and left. I once again returned to the office with what just happened the second time. She told me that she didn’t have any more rooms available. I had already paid with my credit card! She told me that she would refund my money to my card and it was going to take 3 to 5 business days! I was pissed by this time because not only did she have my $79.09, but they had nowhere for myself and my boyfriend to sleep. She then apologized to me again saying that she could only refund it the way I paid it! Which put me in a bind. This was Saturday 1/14/17. She Said had to wait until the next business day to process the refund, which would have been Tuesday 1/17/17 myself and my boyfriend had to sleep at a friend’s place that night because all the hotels in the area didn’t have a king room available. The Corp office needs to launch some sort of investigation into...

Let me start off with saying that I have never written a negative review on any hotel experience, but this took the cake. I made the reservation on Priceline and it was a surprise getaway for the kids. I'm a single mother of 3 and this year I could not afford to take them on a vacation due to a car accident I had in May. I made the reservation because it was in the price range and near the theme parks. Check-IN After a 3 hour drive from Okc to Arlington we get to the hotel, check-in, gather the kids up with luggage in 112 degree heat get to the room and it's already occupied. Luckily it was a family and not a couple doing their business. We walk back to the desk I tell the lady that the room is occupied and she asks " what do you mean it's occupied?" I tell her just what I said it's occupied there's a family in there. She says wait here I'm gonna see whats going on, I tell her you can see what's going on after we get another room. We receive rm #2, the kids and I walk over to the other building for the room, pass weed smelling rooms and dirty diapers on the ground. We walk into the room and it's a king size bed, not what I reserved, at this point I'm not happy. The kids stay in the air conditioned room as I go in the heat and let her know that it's a king size bed. She replies"hows that a king size bed it's always been a double?" I tell her i don't know but it's a king size bed and I reserved a double. She says that the system hasn't been updated due to the remodeling. We receive rm#3 finally! The kids and I rest when we're about to take a shower there's only 2 towels, I had to go back out to the front desk to get 2 more towels. Mind you this is all the day of arrival.

Day #2 I get woken up by housekeeping banging on the door wanting to come in, I told them to come back later. i gave them the dirty towels they gave me 2 clean ones so we argued over 2 more towels. Check-OUT As we are getting things packed up and ready to leave we see visitors on the floor... ROACHES!!! I go to the front desk and check out, she asks how was the stay and I tell her that I'm pissed because now we encountered roaches. There was no apology throughout the whole ordeal no show of empathy nothing at all. There's more details in my...

This place is disgusting! I checked into this property and immediately was overwhelmed with the foul stink of cigarette smoke. The room smelled like it had been used as a smoking lounge in an international airport for decades. I also made note of not one or two dead roaches, but almost a full dozen, 10 to be exact. They were in the middle of the floor, next to the bed, in front of the toilet, in the shower. Roaches and crickets littered the floor of the room. Beside the toilet was a bright blue wad of used chewing gum and stuffed into the peep hole of the door was a wad of toilet paper. The bedding, towel rack, table, night stands, and even shower curtain had all been burned by cigarettes. The phone was not even saved from abuse as almost every button had been removed from its key pad. I requested house keeping come and clean my room the following morning, as I was exhausted when I arrived, and housekeeping did come. They swept the bugs and gum into the corners, no doubt accidently removing a few, and seemed to spray or mop some sorta of lemon scent to mask the smoke smell for an hour or so and removed the toilet paper from the peep hole. However, having seen the state of the room at check in, and then again after requesting it be cleaned and seeing again what this locations definition of clean is, I resigned to my fate knowing that as a single male traveler I really only needed a place to lay my head at night. Had I had a companion on this trip I would have simply cancelled my reservation or found other accommodations, as even the towels felt dirty to use. The pool, was never open and I could see clear outside around the edges of my door when it was closed and locked.  I will end with this, I took an uber the first morning I was there and when the driver picked me up, the first words from his mouth were " I thought they had condemned and torn this place down." They should and should have.

Read these reviews and believe them. If you're able to stay somewhere else or drive a bit further down the road you're going to want to do that. Is there any regulations that hotels need to follow? Perhaps from the health department? I'm unsure but if yes I imagine they'd shut this place down. The beds were made and the towels were folded yet the linen did not appear to be washed. There were cigarette burn holes in the bedding. There was a film of grime coating the floor. We ran a white paper towel across the floor it was black. We requested the room be cleaned and linen changed were told that would happen but it never did. I asked for fresh towels from the front desk and was sent to a supply room. The person in the supply room had to get someone else in housekeeping. She went somewhere around the corner and came back with towels. The towels she brought me looked just as questionable as the ones in the room. The room key would frequently stop working. The smoke alarm kept beeping. We were told to just hold down the center button for 3 seconds and it would stop. So every couple of hours we had to push that button to make the beeping stop for a bit. We had to stay here because our air bnb cancelled at the last minute and everything in town was booked. We bought blankets from Walmart and slept wrapped in those and used our own beach towels. We wore our shoes the entire time. The bathroom was the cleanest part of the room. The shower ran hot water and the tub drained well. So... Bare minimum met there. The AC worked. The photo included is a footprint on the sheet that we saw when we pulled back the top cover.

Booked a 2 night stay because it was cheap. I soon realized that I should be compensated for having stayed there. I only ended up staying one night and canceling my reservation for the 2nd night. Upon arrival to my room. We noticed that the door number was ripped off. Didn't think much of it. When I actually went inside, it was not good. Sheets on the bed were stained, and the bathtub was dirty. The TV wasn't even mounted to the wall. It was sitting on the table in the room. If the condition of the room wasn't bad enough, when me and my girlfriend left to go on a date. As soon as we pulled out of the parking lot, we were pulled over by 2 cops just because they suspected that we could have illegal drugs because apparently, this Motel 6 is known for drug trafficking and they thought that it was "suspicious" that I would book there, being from out of town. After the cops ran all of my information and SEARCHED MY CAR, they let us go, but it completely ruined our night. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to stay here. Spend a little extra money and stay somewhere nicer.
