Worth a stop. The fried chicken was very tasty and fresh, which was the only thing I ordered. Their set up is a little odd, because it seems like the building was an old convenience store that they’ve turned into this fast food restaurant. There are lots of stacks of boxes scattered about and one row of food staples, plus some refrigerated drinks. Other than that, it’s fairly sparse. There are a handful of tables in the middle of the main room. The restrooms weren’t filthy, but they weren’t all that clean either. Bathroom gets a 4 on a scale of 1-10. Chicken gets a 7.5 (better than average, but not as good as my mom’s fried chicken!). They also have a drive thru.

The price is more than fair with service that is friendly and fast! The decor is basic and there is some arrangement made for eating in house; a few tables, chairs, etc. There's plenty to choose as far as drink goes - both alcoholic and common beverage. The plates and utensils are disposable and a tray is provided. The only thing I had a problem with is the thinness of the plastic utensils. Their tensile strength could be a more sturdy for items like the Okra and Chicken Fried Stake. For those in the nearby Lockheed building, the distance is a very short walk.

The sides were just as impressive—fresh, well-portioned, and made with care! The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. You can tell they take pride in what they do. If you're looking for top-tier fried chicken and a satisfying meal all around, Thomas Fried Chicken is definitely worth a visit.

( St. Louis Native ) I Googled A Fried Chicken Place Near Me & Chose This Spot Based On The Reviews & Photos.... Glad I Made That Decision.... Food Was Fresh & Hot.... The Place Was Packed.... & They Have Regulars Who Come Everyday Faithfully.... The Prices Was Unbelievably Reasonable.... & The Workers Was Very Friendly.... Chicken was better than I thought. Good deals with plenty of food. Feed 10 hungry people for about 56 bucks! Bought the 2 family meals- 24pc mixed chicken with 3 lg sides and 2 liter, and 24pc tenders with 3 lg sides and 2 liter. Was plenty with plenty left over. Fast service considering. Only disappointed about the fact they only gave us 6 Hawaiian rolls with all that. Surely they meant to give us at least a bag and 1/2. But still chicken wasn't greasy and was truly crispy. I was pleasantly surprised! If they had supplied enough rolls would have gotten 5*'s! They have fried shrimp and catfish etc. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely go...
