Our experience with the front desk parts person at Dealers Electric has been consistently frustrating. He has been rude and unhelpful to both our office staff and our technicians. When we called to place a second order using the same quote sheet, he insisted it had already been picked up and hung up the phone. On follow-up calls, he either disconnected us again or gave unnecessary attitude when asked to transfer to Paul. He was also dismissive and unhelpful to our technician who came in person to pick up parts.
On the other hand, Paul, their manager, is always professional, helpful, and on top of his game. He and his team do a great job quickly identifying and ordering parts, which we appreciate. We just wish the front desk person would follow that same example, as it would make working with Dealers Electric a much smoother experience. 1 rude employee changes a 4 or 5 star review to 2 stars.
