I came by today with my family and service is not good. There is no clear sign of prices. Only the lady at the services desk verbally telling us and with attitude when we asked for the prices again. After we gotten the lanes they failed to listen to my aunts request to put bumpers on the lane her kids are bowling on. On top of that a few of us were hungry so we went to cafe and the lady there was rude as well. I don’t know what it is with the employees here, but they seem miserable and are not welcoming. To add to the lanes are very outdated, there is no music and the shoes have rips and holes.

Definitely place to take family to bowl had lots fun a group 10 or more played under $100 they have games had plenty parking space outside inside lanes are pretty good love the kitchen and food and staff the bar area is great as well I rate all the workers a 10 absolutely great customer service and one guy curly hair tall helped us on the lanes set up the rails he's amazing cashier as well always positive attitude Definitely coming back

Many bowling lanes here. Unfortunately, they could’ve placed us with an empty couple lane, instead, they placed us next to a family that had 6+ people and it seemed like we barged into their party. Quite inconsiderate of the staff who did that. Also, not sure if prices have changed. On Saturday it’s $40 an hour, $5 per pair of shoes.

The two front desk ladies are very rude. Come to find out one is a manager. They automatically assumed that we were doing league bowling even though there was no indication that we were a league whatsoever. She told me that the way that I should’ve requested it was completely opposite of how we got it. All we did was ask for two lanes. She assumed we were a league and put it that way and it continued to mess up the games. When I first addressed it with the lady after we asked for bumpers to be on one lane For two kids she got attitude with me and wanted to tell me that that’s how we open the game I continuously communicated that is not how we open this game that it’s messed up. We wanted it regular bowling side-by-side two lanes. Another lady came out. Both of them again had attitude were very frustrated for no reason when they didn’t even know… The guy went down there and was trying to explain to me what they did he was watching everything happened on the issues of swapping lanes and the computers glitching. I walked back up with him. He said he was gonna talk to them we get up there to the desk..he doesn’t talk. I’m expected to talk and explain it to them again. They wanted to keep dismissing me. The manager was very rude and frustrated and irritated and wanted me to stop talking and not listen to me and that she was gonna fix it. We paid by the hour. We lost 30 minutes close to an hour. We will never be back to this bowling alley. This is a shame. It has good reviews but the staff and their attitude for their mistakes is ridiculous. We are paying customers we do not deserve this attitude from them because of their mistake. I’ve been bowling for years. We’ve been to numerous bowling alleys. I have never had an issue with requesting two lanes they automatically assumed That we were when we were not their attitude needs to be completely dismissed as this is also a customer service position I’m addressing an issue it should be heard and not dismissed and not blamed on the paying customer when in fact, it was the actual employee here at the bowling alley That did it. The manager was the one that actually told me she was the one that did it and was again trying to tell me how I Should have requested the two lanes all of this petty nonsense for no reason all because they wanted to put blame on us when it was not in fact, the pain customers fault. We will not be back here. I’ve never been to a bowling alley where the employees especially a manager had attitude like these ladies had up at...

I use to come here all the time growing up. Matter of fact, I learned to bowl here. How times have change. Forum bowl was home away from home for me. I typically do not let other peoples experiences effect my decisions on attending events or places but wish I had listened to my friends on not attending Fourm Bowling alley. So the self proclaimed ā€œmanagerā€ TJ (the name that he told me) proceeds to inform that it is perfectly fine to bring in your own portable speaker and play it as loud as they wish. Even when I asked him again, ā€œso you are telling me I can bring my speaker and play offensive music (meaning cursing 🤬))? His (TJ) answer was as long as there is no league play. I then asked if I could be refunded and he told me no but he could move me to another lane further away. I am already 15 lanes away and I don’t think moving another 10 lanes will solve the issue at hand. I found out by another employee that Chris Bass it be the manager and that obviously Bill is not the manager that he told me. If I was with adults it would not be that big of an issue but have my 13 year old son is not something I really wanted him exposed to. The sad thing is that there were multiple other families with a bunch of young kids. To sum it up Forum Bowling alley will never get any money from my family again and I will never recommend...

I don’t like leaving bad reviews :c I don’t but this place just hasn’t been good to me. I’ve gone about 4/5 times and each time I have been left terribly disappointed. The lanes are fine but the pricing and staff are bad. The guys working the counter are rude, very condescending me, just stand around not being very helpful when I had questions. Instead of asking me to move aside or out the way I was shoved to the side. Reeks of cigarettes. And the last two times we went there was league going on, even though I called to confirm there wasn’t and checked online (Facebook and their website). It’s just never been a fun and pleasant experience here. Whenever we did a chance to bowl our lane would lag, pins weren’t set up the greatest, but it could’ve been worse. I think I am mostly upset about the service. Just all the younger guys who work at or around the front desk are just rude and don’t care. They also just randomly hit their vape pens in front of you while talking. Unfortunately we will not be coming back, probably ever again. Would not...
