Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Grand Rapids

The restaurant was dirty, trash on the floor in front and who knows what exactly it was on the floor visible from the counter. I ordered my pizza, was told it'd be 15 minutes. It turned out to be closer to 35 because they had to remake it because they gave MY order to someone else who was upset with them. We got home and proceeded to eat(or at least we tried), the pizza was doughy in the middle,burned on the crust and it definitely wasn't wearing All the fixings I had ordered. My Crazy bread was just plain MOSTLY cooked dough, with NOT A DROP OF PARMESAN CHEESE on them. Very disappointed. The entire Crew looked absolutely lost running around here and there and not getting anything done. Update:::: The pizza was good today but the service Yet Again left a lot to be desired. Was supposed to pick up the pizza from the Portal, but it wasn't there. I had to wait over 20 minutes before I was finally acknowledged. Then I was told that I never even ordered a pizza. I obviously still had my portal instructions and number, Yet I was called a Liar by 3 of the Employees. The other customers in the restaurant were having the same bad luck as I was having. After Reordering my original order, I was told I had to pay for it. UM, NO!! Already paid for the first one and had Proof. They kept going on about Deadbeat people trying to get something for Free. I WILL NOT be going here ever again. Shame on you...

Instead of canceling our order or reaching out to us about running out of the ingredients for stuffed crust the woman running the register lied to me repeatedly. They hadn't even STARTED our order, instead she said I had to pick something different (downgrade) immediately. Then she lied about how the ordering system worked when I questioned her. She refused to refund me the difference, and never even offered a refund or any form of compensation. When I asked for a refund she said they couldn't do that. She also insisted I would have to wait the full time for my food despite them sending multiple ready emsils. She clearly didn't want to deal with me, and thought it was fine to just brush me off.

The woman I assume was the manager based on the difference in clothing was on the phone the whole time and never even looked at me. When my husband called to complain we were immediately refunded, so obviously the woman at the counter could have gotten the manager to do that while I was there, she just...

You still get what you pay for. It's cheaply done, but good for the price.

The toppings were better distributed compared to last time. Last time, everything was dumped in the middle, but not this time.

I order online and they stuff the heated Pick-up Station to the point that it is difficult to remove. The Pick-up Station is difficult to use with a high end phone QR code.

They loaded the breadsticks and sauce once ON TOP of two pizzas making it very difficult to remove without creating a HUGE MESS due to the LOW CLEARANCE at the front of the bay. I have had this at other locations so was careful to notice and remove the bottom pizza first to gain more clearance and then remove the rest.

I paid extra for a bread stick sauce, but didn't get it one of the times I ordered.

However, the crazy bread is amazingly good and soft.

But I keep going anyway because it's cheap and generally tasty. Orders are generally ready in under 10 minutes every...
