I can’t say enough good things about my first trip to Load a Spud today! Two of my coworkers and I stopped by on our way back from a meeting. We had high expectations, which were surpassed by the AMAZING customer service and food we received.

This spot just celebrated their one-year anniversary and they are crushing it! My coworkers and I offered to film a commercial for them. We are totally serious, by the way.

What you need to know if you haven’t been:

The portions are extremely generous (no joke, our two veggie spuds + one steak spud easily clocked in over 10lbs), the ingredients are fresh, and the prices are very fair. My steak spud with spinach, mushrooms, onions, mozzarella, and banana peppers will last me at least three, if not four, meals.

Pro tip: if you copycat my order, which is basically a Philly cheesesteak potato without the peppers, get a side of ranch.

We ordered a delivery through DoorDash for our doctor’s birthday and everything came quickly, correctly, and hot! The only thing was that we were missing all of our sauces, which has happened several times before so I called since it was supposed to be a special birthday lunch. Eric, the manager and owner, answered the phone and was so so lovely! He sincerely apologized for the missing sauces and even offered free drinks for the inconvenience and to deliver all of it, even though we’d ordered it through DoorDash and I didn’t think they offered delivery services. One of our nurses went to grab it since it’s just down the street, and she reported that she was met with such wonderful service by everyone there and felt so assured that they all wanted to provide wonderful service. I was just here tonight for the very first time & I was in Potato Heaven , they have 20 different potatoes to choose from or you can create your own , the hardest part was trying to pick just one potato 😊lol I had a really awesome experience tonight , I met Mike & Eric who we're really great guy's and also the owner's of the place , I'm honestly giving them a 10 🌟 Review , Because the food was really awesome and the service was as well & so are the prices 👍😊🤘👊 I had the Meat lovers Spud & it was so delicious and they're really hoped it up , Thank you so much again Mike & Eric for the warm and awesome hospitality & food & prices too , I'll be back !!!!
