Antonio's Pizza — Restaurant in Grandview

I would totally give a 5star review if this is strictly on the food because it's great! Customer service however is NOT! My delivery people are always VERY pleasant and I ALWAYS tip them good because especially right now they deserve it....but I haven't had very many experiences on the phone to whomever I'm talking to where the person is respectful and nice! And I spend quite a bit of money there! Just about everytime the person taking the orders is extremely rude...hangs up on you ALL the time...just about to to the point they're close to losing my business! And I know for a fact I'm not the only one! So thank you to the delivery drivers for being so nice and respectful...maybe your person answering the phone calls should learn a thing or two from those drivers because their...

I literally just ordered 2 pizzas, one of which I have been ordering on Wednesday's because of the Wednesday special advertised by Antonio's which is a Sausage, Pepperoni, mushroom and green peppers pizza. The guy who took my order over phone made a mistake a gave me a Sausage, Pepperoni, mushroom and olives. I called them to let them know this and the same guy who took my order started yelling and screaming and saying you made the mistake like he was insane! I will NEVER EVER be a customer with this Antonio's on North Grand! These are the rudest, people with no customer service and they do not appreciate their customers business! I prefer to order from somewhere else where my business is appreciated and I'm treated...

The guys in there work super hard to accommodate the customer base. Owner however needs to make major investment in to the establishments he has to accommodate customer demands. Literally waited 10 minutes on the phone to speak to a member of the staff. But two guys were trying to make pizza while the other two were out driving to customer houses. They had so many orders the two guys that stayed could barely keep up. Like I said, owner is at fault. Not the two guys that were busting there tails to keep up. They did a great job and pizza tasted great. Just wish the owner would help them get the orders done faster....bummer was almost a 5...
