I love Grandview’s papa murphy’s Pizza, especially the chicken, artichoke thin crust pizza. The other day when I went, Customer Service went above and beyond. The manager greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. He asked how my day was going and what he could help me with. I asked him to give me a couple of seconds, and he was very kind and polite And waited patiently. The atmosphere was wonderful. A couple of customers came in right after me and the manager greeted them as well and let them know that he would be right with them. No cars ahead of us in drive thru line. Pushed button for service waited 5 minutes for some one to come to window. Staff member rudely stated what’s your order number/name. We said we hadn’t ordered. She said we don’t take orders in the drive up “didn’t you see the sign?” We replied no can we order anyway? She replied “no. That’s right the sign is down”. We asked again she refused. Occasionally, an order will get mixed up, but we've learned to not depend on call-in orders. Walk in, make the order and get what y'all ordered. Hey y'all, humans occasionally make mistakes. The employees are going to do their best when not pressured or understaffed. We really like the pan-style crust. We usually order a large half & half.
