Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Grandville

Went here for years and it's had it's ups and downs but recently last 3 trips have been horrible first being I went through the drive thru and after waiting about 30mins for them to bring my pizza out I went back up to the window to find out they put the wrong model vehicle on the ticket and assumed I left so my pizza was warm when I got it and cool by time I got home

Gave it a week or so and inevitably went there again this time no hot and ready so ok I'll wait and after about 15 mins I get my pizza and go home to find the bottom of it was burnt and crust was charred in places so only ate about half a pizza (what was not burned to bad) and trashed the rest

Just now I went to hit drive thru and this time again no Extea Most Bestest ready and I just left due to no ability to wait

It's a shame really when I would go here roughly a minimum of 2 times a week at times being it's convenient and now I don't even want to give them business and if they had taken any effort to make it right from the first incident the other 2 would have been just minor...

Update 2025: Multiple times this location has gotten my order incorrect and I pay more than what I receive. Multiple times I have called and a managers tell me they will refund. They DO NOT. It seems they say this to pacify customers in hopes customers will not check. Other than incorrect orders, and paying more than I should -the pizza has been good. Customer service isn’t the best though.

Update July 2023: Sylvester is such a gem! I arrived early and had some trouble walking. He told me he’d bring my boxes out to the car when the pizza was finished. What a great experience! The pizzas here are always cooked perfectly -it’s our most visited location!

Staff are amazing and we have never had a bad pizza here! I ordered from the app in the parking lot so I got to the counter waaay early -the friendly gal behind the counter said she’d get it in ASAP even though it wasn’t due to go in for another 10 min. It’s a tiny but fierce location! Staff and food...

This location absolutely sucks! I stopped in at 7pm on Friday 5-16 n ordered 2 crazy bread 1 pep pizza. I was told it would be a 7 min wait. Cool no problem with that! Waited like 7-10 mins went back inside they tell me another 5 mins.. okay I guess... so I wait another 5 or so mins to go in. The people working there seen me standing at the counter and ignored me n left me standing there. Somone yelled from the back that somome needed to get off there but n get stuff done n they said I'm sitting down for 5 seconds. Mind you there was a car sitting at drive thru window for a good minute also. I spoke up n told them they need to get their crap together and get stuff done. There was absolutely nothing except 1 pretzel pizza up ready to serve. It is FRIDAY somthing needs to be done there mangement wise in that place as this is not the 1st time this has happen.
