Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Granite City

For years, this Dominos used to be fail safe for my family, but the last year or so it has really gone downhill and been difficult to want to order from. I would say it is still one of the best quality locations of the area, but they seem to have lost all of their good staff that made it so great before!

You now wait at least an hour for a delivery order, even when the site says 20-30 minutes. When the tracker updates, conveniently so does your wait time, so I always recommend screenshotting your initial order screen so that you have back-up if they try to argue with you! This past weekend, we waited exactly 2 hours from start to finish.

On top of the terrible wait times, the staff in shop are always very rude and seem extremely put out and argumentative when you call to check on an order and the quality of product is very hit or miss.

We will say, however, that the only reason we continue using our points and ordering are their delivery folks; they're incredible and honestly, they're probably what keep this location open!! In particular Capris and Christine are our favorites, but they're all wonderful! The colleagues in the shop could take some notes.

Of course, we report our issues and appreciate the extra points, but honestly that doesn't always satisfy, especially when you've just had a poor experience; you don't always want a freebie for later. Getting a refund is ridiculously difficult and they fight you every step of the way too.

Overall, it's now just okay. We're hoping that management can get a hold of this store and get it back to what it was. This past year has been super rough for...

I ordered a medium sausage and pepperoni pizza, medium ham and bacon pizza, 2 chicken alfredo's, and a 8 piece buffalo wing. It said they were still doing contact less delivery so I left instructions to leave the order on the porch. Order arrives and I am missing a pizza. I called the store..waited on hold and was then hung up on. That happened 3 times. I finally got through on the 4th time. I told the guy I just had my order delivered and was missing a pizza. He said, "hold on please and I will get you a manager". Different guy named Matt gets on the phone told him what happened. Asked my address then yells to someone asking if there was a pizza for my address over there. Then said oh yeah I see it. I asked if the driver would be back out to deliver it. He says, " yeah that was me that delivered it". Now we wait 30 more minutes for the pizza they forgot. It gets here and we go to eat our now cold food and the pizza he brought is drenched in garlic butter all over the crust! I assume they did that so the crust wasn't rock hard when it got here.. Alfredo and wings had next to no sauce..it was terrible! You would think they would read the stickers on the box when they are getting ready to deliver..all the boxes had 1 of 5,...

Went to the Dominos on Madison ave. to the drive through window as instructed around 6:05 ( order said it would be ready between 6:03 and 6:13) waited at least 10 min while I watched a worker typing on her cell phone and ignoring me , and a bunch of other people working, finaly she opens the window and tells me that they were waiting on my cheesy bread at around 6:20 another young lady comes to the window and asked me to pull up and park ( still not sure why because no one was behind me and no one came through while I was waiting parked) , I asked how much longer i get told that it will be another 2 to 3 min. At 6:40 I was about to cancel order and young lady came out with it she apologized and was very nice got home. Opened the pizza boxes and the pizza was cold (I only live 5 blocks away) had hardly any pizza sauce (and I asked for extra )the cheesy bread was hot but practically burnt I will never order from this...
