Mr Twist Ice Cream — Restaurant in Granite City

I was waiting with only two other guest. One got theirs and left, another was waiting and got theirs and after was talking and I didn't mind at first, but with two workers you could've took me on the other side and took my order. Then I guess the manager who was the person at the window started talking about how she been here for so long, ok cool, no hello, how may I help you. I was ok without one but still then before I got my question out, she moves and told the worker to get my order. I could've sworn I asked for an oreo flurry and not and MnM and if I did my apology which I did but say, but to just say oh I can't take it back n get you what you want bc oh I will lose a profit like be serious. One ice-cream ain't gon lose profit. One I didn't ask you what I wanted you to do with it, so I don't know why you asked and two, you were friendly or warm welcoming from the beginning. the ice cream and all is good my problem is with their tables they wobble and are uneven. It was cause of this that me and my family's ice cream fell and ive gone here a lot with my family normally not much problem but i feel personally a discount or made new since it was cause of the table wobbling knocking down the ice cream and the lack of new tables is kinda disappointing i was gonna give the place a 3 star at first cause its still good but the owner decides to after we payed for 3 new ones to come complain and try to make a liar out of us she says "if there wobbly howcome no one else has a problem with them" your the owner you should know im the paying customer and i feel there should be bathrooms also in case someone wants to make me look like a liar i saw one of the employees checking the table and says it wobbles if you want ice cream thats good and dont care about the tables or the owners attitude go for it but i personally wont be visiting again or...

I miss that older lady that worked there she was so sweet and after she passed away I was hoping that the family would keep the business go in mom pop shop for ice cream always pleased with their service even when they run out of butter scotch my daughter piper likes that place better the dairy queen or its close to the park and she knows it the tables and benches need to be redone but hey its ouside in fresh air walking distance to the park I support local business we all struggle time to time and memories are worthwhile a nice ice cream cone ask the kiddos Hows their day at school and get them off the phones and electronics take them to the park have fun dont be so busy with life and forget what...
