Rally's — Restaurant in Granite City

I went to Rally's on Madison Avenue in Granite City on Sunday June 30th 2019 at around 6:45pm. I ordered the 2 for 4 double cheeseburgers and a large fry. When I got home I proceeded to eat my food. As I was eating the 1st burger when I felt hair in my mouth. I spit it out to find a long piece of blonde or dark brown hair in the burger I eating. I instantly called the store to complain and a crew member name Chester was very rude to me. When I explained to him what happened he says noone is in the drive thru with that color hair. I proceed to see but I have hair in my food and I've raised my voice because I'm upset at how so unconcerned he was. So he nonchalantly says to me well what do you want us to do? I'm really upset now so he says well I can come back and replace the order. I explain to him that I got a ride to get the food and.couldnt bring it back. He's just kinda holding the phone then he passes the phone to a woman name Karina. I tell her the same thing that I told Chester and how I was upset about how rude and nonchalant he was. She proceeded to say she was sorry in a non sincere voice. So when I tell her that I want their corporate office number because I'm dissatisfied with the treatment I've just received. Karina takes my name and tells me to come back through the drive thru when ever I can and tell them my name and that I have a replacement order. I'm so disappointed that I dont think I will go back and get the replacement order for fear that my food might have hair in it again. So I basically wasted $7.57. And I will never go to that...

Had surgery on my eye left eye and went ro get food n could not see screen n i was trying to order 2 chicken sandwich and a couple other things and two girls that worked their was yelling at me threw the speaker then one of them came out to the car window and was yelling at me saying she was going to beat me up so I got out of the car to protect myself and another girl that work there also came out and did the same thing and they both was unprofessional and it ain't right that's not how you do business I'm sorry I couldn't see the screen that's not how you treat customers and then I went to the window to get the manager's name and their name and they wouldn't give me their names at first then they gave me their names because I told them I was recording them which i did. If that's how they treat people that just had surgery on their eyes that really can't see I wonder what they really do to their customers that really are disabled and have troubles. I would never go backthere. I felt so bad about myself when i got back home. All i can do was cry nobody and i mean nobody should get...

This has got to be one of the worst fast food places I have Ever been to. First off the customer service is just plain horrible. The people that work there are just plain rude!!! They are constantly out of all kinds of things.. The ice cream machine is supposably down like literally 85% of the time and they seriously close whenever they want. I came thru the drive thru awhile back and was told to come back in 15 or 20 min because get this..... They were Busy!!!!! I couldnt even beleive it and it has happened to other people also! So I would Recommend NOT going to Rallys in Granite City!!!! And if there was less than a one star rating i would most definitely give that instead! Rallys use to be one of my favorite fast food restaurants until I started coming to this one now i wouldnt go even if it were the only place to eat at. And one more thing this review was given after i gave them chance after chance considering this Use to be my favorite. I hope whoever is managing this Rallys gets their workers together and their...
