Subway — Restaurant in Granite Falls

Worst subway experience I've ever had. Ordered in the app, I just wanted extra ranch, even left a tip. They forgot the cookies and said we didn't order any, had to go back in with the order receipt and they said they were out of the kind ordered so we got a mix of different cookies. Got home, unwrapped the sandwich and it was just thrown together, didn't have the extra cheese that cost $3 more, no sauce whatsoever. This place is as bad as it it gets they give bad food and literally blame the customer we called an order in and it was wrong in so many ways then when we called them and we were told the food was wrong because we called it in and there not supposed to do that. As little sense that makes i also thought no one forced him to take the call in and break store policy so why are we to blame do adults...

This store is under new management. There is alot to work on but they have assured me that they will continue to improve. It's worth giving them another chance I have already noticed alot of changes from cleanliness to food quality. They are working hard to show how grateful they are to the customers for there continued business. I will be going back to watch the...
