Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Granville Township

This Chipotle location is a complete disgrace to the brand. I placed a mobile order and drove less than five minutes to pick it up, only to find food that wasn’t just lukewarm—it was downright cold. And this wasn’t an isolated case. We had a similar experience at this location last year and chalked it up to arriving late in the evening. But this was during the lunch rush. There’s no excuse.

The food felt as if it had clearly been sitting out for an extended period before even being assembled into the order. The bag wasn’t warm, the cheese hadn’t even melted, and when I touched the bottom of the rice bowl, there was barely a trace of residual heat. Lukewarm would’ve been an improvement over what we got.

This isn’t just lazy service—it’s a food safety hazard. Serving cold food that’s supposed to be hot invites foodborne illness. I’m honestly shocked this location is still open. If anyone from corporate is reading this, your immediate intervention is long overdue.

I’m someone who typically gives positive feedback when it’s deserved. There is nothing positive about this experience. The staff here clearly couldn’t care less, and their negligence is putting people at risk. Save yourself the disappointment—and the risk—and go literally...

Our family went to this restaurant to get some food and we noticed the steak was quite dark and dry looking and not very consistent in size. we asked how long it had been held in the hot pan. we also inquired about getting fresher steak. The general manager said it would take 10 min to cook fresh steak and insisted that the steak in the line was moist, and to standard. my husband used to work for Chipotle and knows that the steak was old and over cooked, just by looking at it. after my husband said he didnt want it she told us not to come back. extremely unprofessional. definitely not how Chipotle trains people to treat customers. The food was definitely not to Chipotle standard or any other reasonable standard. I would not recommend going to this Chipotle until the upper management is refreshed like the steak...

I've been to this location a few times. It would be great if they would put portions that are equivalent to the price I pay. One scoop of rice, one scoop of beans, and a scoop of chicken, that didn't fill the bowl (very very minimal portion). I hope that they would work on portion size and also not give CRISPY overcooked/undercooked rice. Not happy about the experience I have had. Especially this time around. With that, when you give the plates with the top, make sure it's not greasy with grease smears. Don't want to be petty, but that's pretty gross...I usually do not complain, but eating the crunchy rice...
