What a waste of time. This place is nothing but a paid hangout spot. Rap music blaring in the background with offensive language, the store manager isn’t qualified to make footlongs at subway. There was multiple places in the store with oil, antifreeze, and water just laying around on the ground not cleaned up. I picked up a gallon of oil that was half empty, addressed it with the manager who said a very half hearted sorry, took me back to the oil, PUT THE HALF EMPTY ONE BACK ON THE SHELF, and gave me a full one. I put it on the shelf and said I refuse to support such a place any longer. This is the reason I will be going to advance auto from here on out. Way to ruin my favorite parts store...

On Dec 15 of this year I did a phone order on a part I need for my 04 Chevy blazer and was told it would be in tomorrow the 16th called in on the 16th and was told in was not in. Was told they had more parts coming on the 17th so I waited called back in and to my surprise still not in. Why would you tell someone something would be in and it not be in. I was at this particular AutoZone about a month ago. Lewistown had just turned to yellow when I needed brake pads and rotors. The staff, especially Kim, went out of their way to help.
