Taco Bell — Restaurant in Granville Township

Horrible. The girl that took my order clearly didnt want to be there and gave off the impression I was bothering her when I was trying to order my food. The food was horribly prepared. Sloppy isn't even the word for it. The hard shell taco...if that's what you want to call it looked like someone soaked it in grease for two hours before wrapping it and giving it to me. My sons soft shell tacos were ridiculous. A 5year old could've done a better job preparing that food. Easily the worst Taco Bell I've ever been too and that's coming from someone who's eaten at the KFC/Taco Bell on Allegheny in North Philly and the one by Roosevelt Blvd in Northeast Philly. I remember when this Taco Bell was built. I thought it was great bcuz now Indont have to go to State College for Taco Bell anymore....Maybe time to go back to driving to State College to get Taco Bell....

This place has been very inconsistent in the quality of service and food. Sometime I've gone there and it's good, other times, such as today, the food is majorly overcooked. Pictures included of what it's supposed to look like vs what I was given.The other day we did an online order for pickup, and the person at the window didn't give us drinks which were included, when I asked about it, he asked what drinks we ordered. An I told him and he just looked confused. An then gave us a drink acting like he was doing us a favor like we didn't order one. I enjoy taco bell but seldom go here to our local one because it is so inconsistent and the employees almost always look like they're out of it. Maybe if management looks into these issues then I will raise my rating of this place. Till then hope others have a...

Food wasn't the best but I know what to expect from taco bell in 2021. Just glad we're still alive.
