Same thing Jeff Brown and others wrote happened to me. The service was horrible horrible. I've written several low scoring surveys but they retain the same horrible staff despite the complaints. I pull in around 9 PM or 10 PM. Order food through drive thru. Pull up to window. The person just opens their hand waiting for my card. They don't say hi. They don't say how you doing. They don't smile. They don't make eye contact. I hand them my card. I get the card back. Then the person looks over my head as if they're looking up into the sky and reaches out handing me the bag and closes the window door; treating people like a number. They did not say a single word between the time the window first opened and when it closed. What's this employee's name you ask? Well the receipt said 'Billie Jean'. And it isn't the first, or the 2nd, or the 3rd time it's happened. It's happened a lot. Also, what others said here is true too. Like the food is lukewarm at best if you come at night. I would just guess what's happening is that the employee is breaking down their food line early so that when it's time to clock out they can leave faster (they can close down faster). As a result, the food is probably not kept at good temperatures and you're risking food borne illneses. AND they raised the prices. So you're paying more for cold food made in a sloppy way by short handed staff who doesn't care about you. Like, stale tortillas, as if they carelessly leave the bag open on the counter all day not sealed letting the tortillas get stale. Not an even distribution of the ingredients. Careless handling of the food items (literally throwing burritos down into the bag so when the customer gets them they're flattened like pancakes). This is my experience after many years of giving them chances. Like i get mad and don't go back for months. Come back and it's even worse than the...
Read moreThis is the only Taco Bell that has always gotten my order correct(no missing items) but I gave it a 2 star for speed of service. I’ve never cared that much about waiting, but this location is extraordinarily slow.
I use the app to order ahead and have yet to spend less than 30 minutes waiting at the store. 3 cars ahead of me in the drive through, with no one behind, and waited roughly 9 minutes per car at nearly any time of day.
The online order pull through is blocked by the regular line so inside pickup is recommended since you still have to sit at the back of the regular line. But if there is a line, you’ll be blocked in the parking spot with the lot design and you’ll still wait close to 20 minutes for online preordered food. Then another 9 minutes to back out and leave. Maybe the new manager needs to work on process improvements and improving the training to speed up the line. Update: ordered online at 9pm for 9:15. Immediately get a text saying my food is ready. Get there at 9:10 and the drive through is blocked off and a written sign saying “Lobby is closed”. The floors were already mopped and the door is locked. They ignored me knocking(I saw them inside).Try calling and the phone is disconnected. Had to drive 30 mins one way to Bentonville location where they made my food for me. Done with the Gravette location....
Read moreI like the new order terminals in theory. In practice the placement was crowded, the menu needs optimized, feels very corporate and dystopian when it could be presented as a utopian concept. At the very least it's obvious these terminals should be an alternative. Bring the big menu on the wall behind the counter back, it's just a few TV screens with a flashdrive in it. If you really feel like you need that many terminals mount them back to back rather then face to face so its something you walk upto rather then step into. Lighting was low, foods a bit bland, and all the art that I think is supposed to depict that quesadilla product, name escapes me, especially the one where it's the size of a coin in a mouth with an arrow pointing to it, they look like a gushers. You don't sell those... you shouldn't ether... I mean maybe like a gushers mountain dew but seriously whoever vets all this and signs off on it dropped the ball...
Edit: bad product representation aside the art style of the posters mentioned is the most appropriate and appealing part of the...
