Drove from Mundelein to closest Arby's in Grayslake. Only customer and had counter person full attention. Ordered food for my family. Several special orders, waited while they prepared(expected to wait because of special orders, no problem there). Paid for my food, over $50.00. Again no problem, we love Arby's food. Picked up my food and drove home. Got home back in Mundelein, had ordered 8 sandwiches, 5 of them were wrong. Drove back to the Arby's told them of the issue and was given a big attitude by a Hispanic woman, they fixed my sandwiches, again after a wait, I asked for a complimentary fry, because mine were at h po me getting cold while I fixed my family's order. If this wasn't the only Arby's in the vicinity, I would never again patronize this establishment due to the callous attitude of the I'm guessing the shift manager. I called to make sure to let them know we'd like to wait the extra time to receive our 4 total apple turn overs. Completely aware there are only a few prepared at a time and are made to order. No solution was given for compensation or the loss of half our order including never receiving 4 of 6 items ordered (half of turnovers missing and nothing of the sort to complete a large French dip meal all but the sandwich) I'll be coming back with our higher ups. Read moreAlways a great sandwich. Now i speak of customer service. I went for lunch in the drive through and back to work. There was the Arby's sauce on the B & C that was requested to be held off. Called the restaurant and spoke with the Manager, she was very sorry and said she would drive the sandwich over to my store. 10 min later the Manager herself came in with new hot sandwich in right order this time. She apologized profusely for the mistake. Ive been in customer services for over 40 years, and it is very nice to see customer service is still active with this company.
