When we arrived a tattooed young man asked if we had 4. I said yes and he walked away and didn’t ask us to follow him so I stayed there because I didn’t want to assume he was sitting us because there were 2 other tables. The older guy said you can sit down. We said oh, where? He pointed to where the young man walked to. They never said hello or welcome. We sat in our booth. Then young man was our server, and said drinks. Not a question but drinks. We saw the small drinks menu on the table. Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, Mountain Dew and bottles of juice and bottle of water. They returned with cans of Pepsi! They serve cans! Not a fountain drink but cans. I got the Couple boil for me and my daughter which comes with fried calamari rings and my friend got the single boil. I also ordered fried soft shell crab and king crab. They brought one thing out at a time. First crab fried rice that came with the single boil had 1 piece of crab meat. 1! Just in a paper container and no additional plates or things to eat it out of. Then came the mozzarella sticks served with a thousand island dressing instead of marinara sauce. Then they brought my fried calamari rings (see picture). It shouldn’t be that dark but a golden brown. It looked overcooked as it was cooked in old oil. I asked if I could get another one because it was burnt/overcooked but the man in charge asked if I tasted it. I said yes and he said that’s how it’s supposed to look and they would Not recook my fried calamari. He literally said No. Then they brought out my fried crabs. Just as burnt as the fried calamari! Burnt food! Only good fried food was the mozzarella sticks and French fries. The seafood boil was ok. Not the best ever but not bad. That’s why the food gets 2 stars. Horrible service! Our server didn’t want to serve us. He didn’t have an inflection in his voice until it was close to the check. (Tip time)… too late for that. We asked for to go bags for our boils and he gave us a boil bag and a plastic grocery bag to bag up ourselves. The Angry Crab would never. They take it and bag it up for you. Right after our to go bags were given he immediately sets our checks on the table which was so awkward and I realize now it because he didn’t say anything. He just sat them down. No thank you for coming or anything. Just sat them down and walked away. I look at my check and notice the king crab was $89.99 more than my $81 couple boil. I asked my server why didn’t you tell me this was the cost of 1 king crab leg? He said I should’ve told you I’m sorry. I’m used to seafood places listing their changing market prices for seafood. It’s usually posted somewhere in the restaurant. I asked the man in charge and he said the customer usually asks. I said it’s usually posted! If it’s that much it should’ve been mentioned. He didn’t care and said sorry. He gave me beauty supply store owner vibes. Didn’t care and just looked at me like oh well.

Walking in this place was a lot bigger than I thought by just the outside. They have a few tables on a couple walls and booths along one of the other walls. Sitting down my company was handed menus to order from. We quickly learned that ramen could only be ordered Monday to Thursday. We asked if they had any leftover ramen they could make for at least 2 of us and the waiter said they could. We didn't get any of the Cajun seafood boils, but instead got 2 bowls of ramen, and a tuna salad rice bowl. Both ramen bowls were very good, they do come spicy as a standard, but you have the option to make it spicier. We also got a family order of crab fried rice, big order and absolutely delicious. Overall our food was very good, although a bit combusted by the decor at first we still felt at home with the beautifully put together bowls of food. We will definitely be returning. And it will for sure be a treat.

What a let down. We were super excited to come here and get some tasty seafood. The place was empty since we came a little early for dinner, and we figured we’d get great, attentive service. Not the case. The young server hardly cared, or at least didn’t appear to care. If this is a family business, get it together, guys. The food was also disappointing — either very bland or very spicy. The shrimp was not deveined, but I suppose that’s a matter of preference. But my son and I both got sick later after eating the seafood boils. Bad stomachs!!!! My wife’s cod sandwich was very dry and small portioned. My daughter barely touched her food. For what we got, overly priced. Immediately after, we took our daughter to McDonald’s to get a meal.

I had a bad experience today with this place, As we walked in we notice there was only one table occupied which usually this place isn’t packed full but it is a popular spot we’ve been coming here several times and we love it there but this young man white male curly hair I can’t seem to remember his name but also don’t think he ever mentioned it but he set the menus down on the table, I then requested a booth, the whole place was empty so I thought there wouldn’t be any issue but he suggested we keep the table he suggested and I said “please can you give us the booth the place is empty we would like to sit on the booth. There was an elder Asian lady who was very sweet I think she might be the owner or manager and she grabbed the menus out of his hands and told us we could sit in the booth she was so sweet and then the young guy (server) approached the table with a really bad attitude and asked the table if we were ready, mind you we had just sat down, regardless we ordered drinks anyways he goes to get the drinks and slam them on the table, which at that point we felt uncomfortable, got up and decided not to eat there anymore. On the way out we told the older Asian lady that her employees behavior was really rude! The place was empty I don’t know why he even had an issue with giving us the booth! and after he threw the drinks on the table I felt like this guy was either gonna spit in my food or do something to it. It was very sad because I had brought out some friends that I had recommended this place to, and they were actually exited to try a seafood boil but sadly we had to leave because of the very rude waiter. Hopefully they train him better because who’s gonna dine at a place with that...

The seafood boil was bland. The crab legs were over cooked, potato under cooked, corn over cooked and shrimp was a mix of cooked well and over cooked, lobster just wasn’t good at all. They do not have fountain drinks so no refills. No dishes. They throw a bucket on the table with some crab slicers and plastic gloves and a roll of not so great bathroom grade paper for your hands. Girl was not so attentive she would sit at the bar and play on her phone. When the bill came we had a family of 3 and a family of two so she added on gratuity to both our bills. We asked why they did that we only had 5 people and she replied I only work here I don’t know. They also add the tax amount into their gratuity charge which is unethical. I will not go back to this establishment, the entire time there were black flies flying around our food and landing in our food. There’s Cobb webs on the walls etc not really a clean place and poorly run with...
