Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in Grayslake

Ordered pizza from this location a couple months ago with soft drinks and the order took well over an hour to get to me, which ok fine I get it they must be busy but when it gets to me they completely forgot the drinks I paid for so now that's great a meal with no drinks so I call them to let them know they forgot my cola and am told they were sorry and will get my drinks right out to me. 45 minutes later no drinks and about done eating so I call them back and they apologize again and 10 minutes later get it out to me. They then tell me because of their mistake they will take 15 percent off my next order. Ok I give them another try and tell them about the 15 and they tell me sorry that is only good on regular priced times not on the special of the day so can't use it. Not what they told me before when they messed up my dinner in the first place and were telling me how sorry they were. Never going back there again.also they don't even sell garlic bread anymore so I had to order cheesy garlic bread with no cheese so they can charge me $6 for that instead and bring me the same garlic bread they always did in the past but until now only charged around $2 for it. So been a customer for over 20 years but no more. Very bad location. Lots of other pizza restaurants in the area...

I'm not sure if they have new management, but I went on a busy night (Halloween), ordered before hand and was given a time to pick up. Was on time, and then had to wait over an hour after arriving! The pizza has been very good, but when I went, they had the owner out front, clearly didn't know what to do, and a hard working employee that was literally working in back on pizzas and came out front to ring people up was trying to help as much as he could. But unfortunately, back of house and front of house shouldn't be mixed, each has their own responsibility. He was literally sweating so badly the drips were all over the counter, and had dirty hands from the pizza he was making. I couldn't eat the pizza because I just kept thinking his sweat was baked into it and had no gloves on. Needless to say, I haven't ordered from...

We really enjoy a rare treat that is a Rosati's Monster Pizza. We order the extra large double-dough, fully loaded "monster" ask them to add pineapple and burn it and what we get is pure pizza heaven! I do not think the pictures to it justice and the scale of this thing is enormous! The staff is courteous, polite and patient. Rarely is something wrong on the order. I chalk this up to the fact that Rosati's isn't one of the big chain stores. This allows them to take more care in getting it right, over getting it fast. I really think everyone should try a Rosati' monster pizza once in their lives, but save up your allowance, or the box coupons, as they are a bit more than the chain store pizza.
