First time ever visting this establishment. Worst place I've been to in years! We went in Friday night with a couple friends to listen to the band and play a little pool. We got there a little after 9pm. The band had just started playing. No one even accknowledge we walked in the door. We found a table in the pool room, because we wanted to play a couple of games. We waited 30 minutes, still no one accknowledged our pressence. My husband went to the bar and asked for a server to come to our table. 10 minutes later, still no one. So, my husband and our friend went back up to the bar to order drinks for our table. They stood there another 10 minutes before one of the 4 bartenders even attempted to pay attention. My friend ordered 1 mixed drink for herself, and 1 bottled beer for her date. My husband ordered a pitcher of beer and two glasses. Five minutes later, she handed my friend her drinks. My husband was still waiting for the pichter of beer. Another 5 minutes passed, and she brings the pitcher with one glass. So he asked for another glass. Still had to wait for that. My husband asked for the checks, because we were paying seperately. My friend gave the bartender a 20 dollar bill to cover her drink order, and went back to the table. Then, the bartender took my husband's card to pay for our pitcher. She proceeded to charge us for the whole order. After she took the 20 dollars and pocketed it. He didn't realize at the time that we were charged for the whole bill. He signed, left her a 4 dollar cash tip on 1 pitcher of beer and walked away. Finally, over an hour later we all have a drink and put 2 dollars in the pool table to play a couple games. Guess what? No cue ball. Very few people in the pool room, but now there is a server back there to assist the customers. We explained to her we needed a cue ball. She said she'd be right back with one. 2 minutes later, she walks right passed us to take other customers drink orders, and did not give us a cue ball. We waited another 15 minutes, no sign of her. We didn't even finish our drinks, we just left. Just saw yesterday, on my bank account that they had charged my husband's card for the full amount of the drink order. Plus, took my friend's 20 bucks and his 4 dollar tip. I will never go back to this place again, or advise anyone to...
Read moreI gave this one star because the food was good. Service was abysmal. We visited Oct. 29, 2022 around 6 pm. We called ahead and asked if the fires were lit on the patio and the person said "yes." Three tables occupied in the building (although the bar was busy), meaning the waitresses were not busy at all. The patio was open, so we sat outside but no one would light the fires. Our waitress stayed inside. She leaned up against the door and glanced at us through the window until we figured out she wasn't coming outside, so we went inside. We had to ask for a menu and she brought us one filthy menu for the table to share. She said there is only one menu in the whole building. No drink menu at all, unless the customer is willing to download a QR reader to their personal phone, at which point, the customer can read the drink menu, which has no prices listed. Our drinks came out one at a time with a long wait between deliveries. Our waitress disappeared into the bathroom and stayed for about 15-20 minutes while we waited to order food. I would bet money she was in there playing on her phone. We were just about to get up and ask the bartender if we were supposed to order at the bar, when a different waitress came and took our order. Waitress #2 went into the bathroom and waitress #1 (who had been in the bathroom 15-20 minutes) came scurrying out real fast. The food was very good and was delivered in a timely manner. We had to ask for silverware with which to eat our food. I ordered a 2nd drink and it came in a glass with a chip out of the rim. I believe that is a violation of Health Department regulations. I don't want to take the chance of drinking glass shards, plus it's rude to serve a customer a drink in a broken glass. I asked waitress #1 (window-leaner, bathroom occupier) to take the drink off the bill, and she did. She did not offer to replace the drink. The bill is paid using a card reader while the waitress stands there and watches while you offer a tip. I think this payment process is...
Read moreWent to my Sorotity sister's b'day outing there. Parking is limited and for a woman, quite dangerous if traveling alone(as I was) because I had to park in the lot 400 ft. away (extremely dark, no parking lighting). There was a $10 cover. At a bar? Why? I just want to go in and celebrate with my girl. #3, PACKED HOUSE, BAND WAS AWESOME AND DJ TOO! Since I was sitting a large table of 15, you would think the service woulda been ok....NOT ! Server was AWFUL! Attitude was so nonchalant and as many times as she had been to the table, she NEVER took my order for a drink. I basically had to flag her down. The drink took 20 min to get to me. Very watered down, therefore, making my decision easier as to if I was gonna order food...I DIDN'T! Our server came over to the table 15 times, never asked me if I wanted to order food, if my drink was ok or not. I said to myself, " am I invisible?". Finally after the 3rd flag down, I managed to let her know that I wasn't feeling the drink and that I had tried to let her know for the last 30 min but she kept passing by me. Her response: " Well, I've just been really busy in here tonight". Honey, that's your job. You signed up for that not me so DO YOUR JOB!! Wish I could give a sorry excuse like that for my job, " uh, sorry I keep skipping your child in my classroom and not helping him, I've been so busy in here". WHATEVER! So with that said, I won't go back, and all because the drinks and service SUCKED! KEY NOTE FOR THE ...OWNER AND MANGER WHO READS THIS: Get new bartendars who actually care if the customers will like the drinks and servers who actually care if the customers are happy and actually get their orders taken. I say, CLEAN HOUSE and start again. HIGHLIGHTS: The band GRITZ and JELLY BUTTER and the awesome DJ, hype crowd and the guy at the door who drew a smiley face on my hand when I walked in because I was so upset at having to walk alone in the...
