My family and I used to frequent this coffee shop under previous ownership multiple times each week. After the lengthy process of them reopening we fell out of the rhythm of visiting so this was our first time in 4 months after they reopened. Food and drinks were good, but service was extremely slow, barista did not know how to manage her time and was jumping between different orders and jumped away from completing orders as soon as new customers walked in the door which just put her further behind. She brought drinks out one at a time instead of completing the order and then putting them out. We sat there for over 20 minutes Waiting for her to complete our order despite they only one order with 3 drinks ahead of us. Brand new coffee shop in Greeley, and it is so good! A lovely space, kind people working there, and delicious coffee (and food). It’s nice to have such a beautiful space and quality coffee space on the west side of Greeley. My wife and I like to post-up and study for a while. Coco’s free WiFi and comfortable chairs make that very easy; we’ll be back. The artwork on the walls is local and inspiring. The owner, Esmeralda, is also working with local Greeley based businesses to come in and have workshops, yoga classes, other cool things like that. I love when spaces bring our community together. This is a picture of my delicious dirty, spicy chai (they have sweet chai too). Yesterday I got a vanilla latte; it was super tasty. Love the atmosphere and the baristas are very friendly and helpful. Made this a weekly trip for about a month now! I had to test it out as the new cafe in West Greeley. I enjoyed it...BUT. Is the quality drink and service consistent? I must say...I am blown AWAY. It's unusual to have a stylish and modernized cafe here, let's be real Greeley...And Coco's has exceeded my expectations as a former big city snub from Chicago that is picky about her lattes! She is elegant, class, refreshing. Coco's Cafe really is THAT GIRL. Highly recommend the Pistachio Rose Matcha. Recommend by the owner and giiiirl. The drink has me in a chokehold. Nutty, not too sweet and a refreshing after taste of rose that is not medicinal. Best believe I will popping in weekly and trying all your Matchas soon...
