The girl that worked 4/8/23 was so awful at her job she got our order wrong and during the call to order she actually got someone else on the ca because she said she couldn't understand and both herself and the person that she was talking to spoke only English! Disgusting service ! 5/13/25 The fact that this place is allowing their staff to behave as they do is just crazy. The girl that answers the phone is terrible, she will actually say things are out just because she doesn't like you. 5/21/25 The new girl Ashley did so much to fix a mistake that I was blown away. I did not expect it and I truly appreciate it . She could of done what most do and become rude and take no accountability but instead she apologized and went out of her way to make me feel as though it actually mattered. Thank you Ashley! I really hope that other customer service staff can take a page out of your book! 5/26 it's very unfortunate that my going everyday to pick up the same two products has been such a struggle, there is literally only one staff member that is not rude , the young girl today was the hostess and I'm guessing being friendly isn't a part of being a hostess here because she was completely snotty, is there a reason that young people these days feel it's ok have such ugly behavior, I couldn't hear the girl so I asked again what she had said and she snapped at me completely annoyed , if I wasn't hungry I'd of left without my food. Then though I'd gotten a text saying my food was ready she says it is not , finally another lady comes out with it so I asked what had happened, she said that they made it fresh and had ran out of cream , to which I said it stated it was ready 15 mins go , she insisted it was fresh only for me to open it at home and there be no way that's true, it is runny as water and not even full. I literally have ordered this product every day for over a week so I know when it not fresh what so ever, I'm guessing when she said they ran out of cream that they decided to add water to try n make it closer to full. How can strawberries and cream be made bad ? I am astonished at how hard it is for there to be an expectation for good customer service and good quality food here ? 5/28: sorry but you can't do new reviews only edit previous reviews. Today was terrible why on earth would a staff member choose to be so confrontational infront of everyone? I was on the phone and this person insisted on going off ! This girl though I said, " I am on the phone and you are insisting on going off about the review I made , how is that professional?" She still continues saying a bunch of stuff about how she called her boss to ask her for the recipe for the strawberries and cream and that I had lied about her adding water , I told her that it is a fact that she added some type of liquid to the cream because I literally eat it every day and this time it could only be consumed through a straw ! She kept saying random things so I kept saying " what does that have to do with this situation " and she only got more angry. She said her boss told her to talk to me, I said there's no way your boss called and told you to behave like this . I told her I refused to argue with her , and how could she do this infront of everyone ,she walked away to get the food and the staff behind her all had a surprised look on their faces . I said hello to the new girl and I was thankful that she did not allow the other ladies behavior to affect how she treated me . Since I now see that the girl there is able to behave so ghetto I will not be able to trust ordering food there any longer ! If you see someone act like they are on the streets instead of a company you know they will spit in your food so no thank you ! I called in an order to pick up - a 20 inch chicken burrito and a supreme burrito with ground beef and the green chili on the side. I picked up my order and checked it when I got to my car. Only the 20-inch burrito was there. I went back in and the girl told me I only ordered one. That was her first mistake - you don't tell the customer what they ordered. I know a lot better what I ordered than you do. She asked who took the order and I said I thought it was Marcos. She said he is a cook and doesn't even take orders because he doesn't speak English. I said well maybe I have the name wrong, but that's what I remember. Besides, shouldn't they have record of who took the order? I didn't know that was my responsibility. She checked the computer and again told me I only ordered one. I asked her then why did it come to $32 if the price for the 20 inch burrito is $18.99? Doesn't that tell you I must have ordered something else? She then told me they could make me another one but it would take 10-15 minutes. I asked her if I could speak to a manager and if I could just be refunded for the burrito I paid for and didn't get so I could leave. She said she would check on it and left. She came back about 5 minutes later with another 20 inch burrito and said it had been made she just missed it when she bagged up the order. I didn't even order that, I just ordered a regular size burrito, but hey, at least I got a larger one out of the deal. She ignored my request to speak with a manager. This is the third time in a row they have gotten our pickup orders wrong. When I got home I found out it was shredded beef, not ground beef, and the chili was not on the side as I asked. Oh, and it was cold. I realize there are a lot worse things going on in the world than me getting a wrong order, but after 3 times in a row and my request to speak with a manager being ignored, I felt a negative review was necessary. If she had let me talk to a manager so they could have an opportunity to make this right, I wouldn't have written this, but since the employee didn't want to involve a manager so that she wouldn't get into trouble, or whatever her reason was, I guess they get a bad review, and lose customers of...
Read moreWe came for mother’s day brunch, and we had a reservation for 12 pm. The lady who confirmed our reservation let us know that our table would be ready as soon as it was 12. We were a party of 5, nothing crazy. We arrived at around 11:55 and let them know we were present, they weren’t especially friendly and stuck their noses up to us. They let us know that they were cleaning off tables for us. 20 minutes pass and we’re irritated because no one has even talked to us about what’s going on with our table, and four parties that came in AFTER us with no reservations got seated before us. The party sizes that were seated before us were groups of 3-5. Another 10 minutes pass and we’re asked if a table outside is okay, we had my grandma with us who didn’t want the wind, so we said no. Then more time passes and we ask what’s going on, the hostess says nothing more than “uhh” and my mom asked to speak to a manager, she comes out a couple minutes later, insincere to our issue that is also their issue. Her name was Corrina, and she rudely explained that since it was mother’s day and it was a buffet people were taking longer to leave, but that a larger party just left and it was going to take a couple minutes for them to clear it off. So we wait again. The male manager came and asked us if a 4 person booth was okay, and he could bring a chair to the end of the booth, we were hungry and desperate so we took it, We just don’t know what “larger party” left that Corrina said, we just assume she didn’t know what she was talking about. The food was alright, something comparable to golden corral (maybe worse than golden corral), but most of the food containers were close to empty by the time we got seated. Our server was nice as well as the male manager who’s name I didn’t get. My mom proceeded to take my brother to the restroom where Corrina and the hostess we originally asked for the manager looked at her and rolled both of their eyes.
