My coworkers and I walked up to this location, there were three of us. Two of our orders were taken promptly, but the third person waited over 15 minutes without being acknowledged. When she asked for assistance, one of the employees told her that she would be helped after all drive-thru cars are served (there was a long line), she also informed us that walk-ups are the lowest priority. I want to add that most of these cares arrived after we did.
We weren’t expecting anyone to stop what they were doing just to take our order, but we did expect our time to be respected, even if we weren’t in a car. If team members are able to walk out and take orders from cars behind the speaker box, we’re confused as to why they couldn’t do the same for someone standing right there.

The app is well advertised, but there’s no point in downloading it when it almost serves the same purpose as a punch card. From experiences at all Fort Collins and Greeley locations, the wait has been something that made me go elsewhere. I get extra shots in it and it works extra long.
