The Human Bean — Restaurant in Greeley

My coworkers and I walked up to this location, there were three of us. Two of our orders were taken promptly, but the third person waited over 15 minutes without being acknowledged. When she asked for assistance, one of the employees told her that she would be helped after all drive-thru cars are served (there was a long line), she also informed us that walk-ups are the lowest priority. I want to add that most of these cares arrived after we did.

We weren’t expecting anyone to stop what they were doing just to take our order, but we did expect our time to be respected, even if we weren’t in a car. If team members are able to walk out and take orders from cars behind the speaker box, we’re confused as to why they couldn’t do the same for someone standing right there.

Quality coffee and customer service, but the waits are ridiculously long; in consideration of social distancing protocol, it should not take 30-45 minutes to get two cups of coffee. The app is well advertised, but there’s no point in downloading it when it almost serves the same purpose as a punch card. From experiences at all Fort Collins and Greeley locations, the wait has been something that made me go elsewhere. Concerning current state measures of “social distancing,” it would probably be a good idea to implement an online ordering system for the sake of efficiency throughout all locations. There is no coffee place as good as a human bean. All of the employees are super nice every time I go and the coffee is super creamy delicious yummy coffee. I get extra shots in it and it works extra long. They even the treats there are yummy yummy and the cost is about at least 25% cheaper than Starbucks which I really appreciate but let me tell you the coffee at this place is incredible it is unique not to Stout tasting but not mild tasting it's just...
