Was THREATENED with physical force by MANAGER Mickey (girl).
This is absolutely the worst management experience that I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Disabled, and so I order 4 to 5 pizzas a week until now. will NOT be giving money to a chain (Dominos) just to be yelled at and threatened as a GOOD, respecteful, customer. Called to place an order, when order was complete, was told by worker patrick that my coupon would NOT work, (even though it was given to me by a Dominoes employee the day before, and that same employee verefied that the coupon was/is valid for my order, thats why I was given coupon.) I simply ASKED a question, non angrily, non threatening, did NOT raise my voice! " why will this coupon not work for my order ?" Then was transferred to manager, Mickey, who IMMEDIATELY got on the phone heated, and YELLING AT ME, talking over me. I personally dont know her. but she is a Manager and completely OUT OF CONTROL! She said "you want me to feel sorry for you, thats what you want, and I dont' (basically started attempting to cut me down as an individual, making fun, yelling at me. Manager???? yelling and screaming at the customer for NO reason!!!??? I asked her to please calm down, im not being confrontational at all. Then I told her I would appreciate if she could answer the question about the coupon since it was HER employee that gave me the coupon the previous night and specifically told me that it works on my order. Instead of answering the question, Once again Mickey flipped out yelling at me and hung up on me! I called back calmly to tell her she is a manager and acting that way is inappropriate, you just hung up on me / yelling at me for absolutely NO reason and that is NOT the way to do business with a customer. Then Mickey threatened to call the Police on me for harassment! With NO grounds, for NO REASON! (ILLEGAL) She is abusive. My father is retired Police. I know the law. Mickey does NOT know the law. It is ILLEGAL to make a FALSE police report, and if she does, she will be arrested. I am fully disabled, and threatening with police, like they are your hit squad; (Mickey is lying, proven by recorded phone audio), is a physical threat to my safety and wellbeing.
The phone calls were recorded by dominos and corporate is NOW involved. Worse experience at ANY restuarant, EVER. Mickey needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY! and an Authentic Manager hired for this location. Chuck is Mickey's boss, hope your reading this and remedy the situation...

*Just ordered tonight... Pizza and wings are so hot I can't barely eat them... But the taste is just too amazing... The best part is I ordered and they were at My front door in 10 mins... How??? I haven't a clue... But it is true... I Love these guys!!!
*I used to order from Domino's a lot! They were always great... Especially this location. Lately though I've had some issues. I hate to say it but I'll never order from this Domino's location or any other ever again. The final kicker was when I tried to take advantage of the $3 off a future order. I ordered I think on Tuesday or Wednesday. I got the email for the $3 credit and I had until Sunday to use it. Initially I tried to redeem in the app but it didn't work so I followed the link and ordered in browser. However I was unable to redeem the $3. I called them and had to go through a whole list of automated messages/options and navigate the system until finally I reached a live person. The problem is this person barely spoke English and had absolutely no power to compensate Me in any way. Never again. They lost a good customer... Not like it matters to them... Obviously. It's more than the $3... It's the principle. I'll take My business elsewhere and You'd be wise to do the same... But hey find out...
Read moreOrder through the app. My partner went to pick it up and the manager Rebecca answered the phone when he arrived. He waited 10 mins on hold. When Rebecca answered again she was rude telling him no order had been placed. So my partner provided the confirmation code and Brittany kept being rude saying she didn’t have the order. Rebecca then started to use another voice as to mock him or to be insulting.Then laughed and hung up. My partner called and a dude name Ben answered. As he was talking my partner could hear Rebecca in the back round yelling “Ben, Ben, and the could hear Rebecca saying as she was laughing canceled. Rebecca could also be seen through the window making hand gestures.Well then Ben quickly said order is canceled and hung up. I order from this location 2 to 3 times a week and had never had this happen. This is one of the rudest experience I have had. I not only experienced the rudeness but also feel discriminated against since my partner is disabled and was being mocked by a Rebecca who showed no respect but instead made fun of him and his disability. Not professional and rude. She refused to give a corporates number. All I wanted was my order to feed my family but instead got hung up on 3 different times, my time wasted & played with, and insulted. Wow what a...
