Hiroshi Teriyaki Grill — Restaurant in Greeley

So normally I wouldn't care, but I actually like this franchise so I decided to write this post. I don't know who was working today, but they decided they couldn't be bothered to be there.

Perhaps they need some new blood, couldn't tell ya, but a little less zombie and going through the motions and a little more hustle.

Customers waiting to just place a order and others waiting on their order, let alone customers just waiting for a drink cup to sip on while they wait, and no Ice in the machine.

I planned on eating in, but to put in a to go bag without even asking as to whether i wanted to dine in, was it even a option?, was kinda crazy, 🙃 well color me impressed.

Won't be back to this location for some time, AND hopefully by then they've figured stuff out, good luck to ya'll

Service today was 2.5 out of 10

People notice when you don't care, and that's fine, just don't be there then! Smh

Use to love this place, now it has gone down. Not just the amount of food in each meal but the service as well. Ordered 2 combos with extra meat and 4 hot sauces, got one combo with 3 teriyaki sauces. So I called and went back to pick up the missing meal that the individual claims they gave me, however I saw them give someone who ordered one meal behind me 2 meals and he took off while giving me one. I was rushed since I had family waiting at home and was annoyed that that guy somehow got his food ahead of me but I left it alone till I found out I was missing a meal when I got home. And when I went back for the missing meal the staff had told me “next time check your order” I almost lost it on them. How about next time you do your job right and not give someone free food while screwing someone else out of their food and we wouldn’t have...

I called to place a order for pick up and specifically asked if they had brown rice. The man who was taking the order had a acent and he cleary said yes brown rice thats all we have i said it again 3 times to make sure he understood my order with brown rice. Surprise surprise it was white rice in my order! I called and complained and the manager Jeff said he said they only have white rice. Thats not what he said because i would of ordered at the other location that has brown rice. There was no apology just jeff saying he said white rice. Why would i keep saying brown rice and place my order if all they had was white! I will NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!
