KFC — Restaurant in Greeley

Would recommend driving across town to the KFC on 10th street than go here. I ordered the Georgia Gold strips which is a honey mustard yummy goodness. This is not what they gave me. I’m not sure what they gave me but it was spicy like buffalo wing sauce. When I showed the manager by opening it and letting him smell it he said yes that’s the Georgia gold honey mustard strips. I said they are Spicy and not at all like I’ve had them in the past. He said again they are I said ok then I don’t want them. So then I ordered the breast and wing fill up. I received a the thigh and drumstick fill up. I showed the manager this and he said, “ yeah that’s my fault I packed that for your order”. The manager doesn’t know the difference between a breast and a thigh?or a wing and a drumstick? Or was he just trying to rip me off, knowing that I’m in the drive thru and not eating in the dining room, hoping I won’t return to have my order corrected. He correctly gave me the pieces that I asked for but still forgot the cookie that came with the meal and I didn’t ask for it. I did let him know that the past 8 times I’ve visited this location my order is always incorrect and I never bothered to complain. The manager didn’t seem to care or act apologetic about the mistakes that were made before shutting the sliding door. So if you do go here expect to wait for at least 10 mins for your incorrect order and double check your order before u leave and you will have to wait longer to get your order fixed. Drive across town. Or go to Uncle Willies on 23rd Ave and 37th Street gas station for THE BEST CHICKEN in Greeley/Evans. Greeley needs more chicken...

5-26-2025 thought we would try out some Long John silver's because my mom was in town and she really likes the fish here. Me and my sister are not fish eaters so we got the Long john chicken meal. Our chicken was old. You can tell just from the way it looked and our fries tasted old as well. They even looked old. We always like to get the crunchies so we got extras of those and we got those this time. We got kids meals for my nephews. Chicken nuggets and those looked overcooked and old as well. My mom did enjoy her fish so that's a plus on this time around. (2022) Fries over cooked. Tasted old. Had to ask for sauce a few times. Asked for extra crunches when we ordered the long jong silver items and didn't get any in our food asked for extra gravy and corn in the famous bowl but couldn't tell if it had any and wasn't marked. Went last week, for the last time. I asked for the special that was announced when i first pulled up; the girl had no idea what i was talking about. So instead i asked if they had hot wings (since they've been out the last few times ive gone) and she said yes. I asked if she had enough for a 20 piece and she said yes. I politely said are you sure because i always get to the window and say othetwise. I heard her say ugh, and then "let me check". She got back and said, "oh, we only have 10" i said okay, then how about the 3 piece meal with a breast? She said she'd have the order at the window.
