Taco Tour stop #25
Chips and Salsa: Chips were quite delicious. They were thicker chip that was lightly salted. The salsa was chunky, flavorful, fresh and has a ton of cilantro. No heat to this salsa at all - 4
Lime Margarita on the rocks: Very good and doesn’t taste like a premix. It is a little sour at the end of a swallow. They give you an option of three different tequilas. The medium is a good size for the price - 4
Steak Taco: Flavor: 3.5 Fullness: 5 Appearance: 5
This steak was well seasoned and had a nice char on it. The tortillas is hand made, which is normally a nice surprise, but unfortunately the tortilla was quite thin and almost doughy, which made for the taco to fall apart. If the tortilla would have been fried on the flattop a little bit, or maybe even a second tortilla added, that may have helped.

I also love the phone number. I find myself singing 8-7-8- TACO every time I drive past!
Also, the tacos were bigger than I normally get at other places. Ordered 6 plus beans and rice and I couldn’t even finish it (don’t worry, I finished them...
Read moreBeen ordering since they reopened and have always liked their food. The homemade tortillas are very good, and the meats usually seasoned well. However, there is ALWAYS something missing from my order and it gets pretty frustrating as I live on the other side of town. I usually spend at least $50 to feed my family for them not to put something I paid for isn’t fair. Especially when it happens continuously. I ordered nachos for everyone to share and they were dry with barley any toppings. Sauce containers were filled halfway. Never ordering...
