Taco Tone's — Restaurant in Green Bay

We hired Taco Tones for a corporate retirement party today, and I could go on for hours about how outstanding the entire experience was - from the food to the service, and most of all, the amazing people behind it. I shared the event details with them ahead of time, and they not only arrived early for setup but were ready to serve before guests even lined up.

The food was phenomenal, and their service was lightning fast - even with 100 very hungry employees! Employees were going back through the line to try more menu items, and the compliments about the food were nonstop. Taco Tones truly elevated the celebration - everyone left happy, full, and raving about the experience.

Hello, I wanted to send some feedback on my experience at your food truck on 8/14/24. I ordered the Quesabrria quesadilla that was advertised (on Facebook) with the broth to dip in. After I received the quesadilla I asked for the broth, and I was then informed that there was no bowls for the broth. If I would have been told this prior to ordering, I would have ordered something different since the dish is supposed to come with the broth to dip it into. The dish was incomplete and therefore not satisfying. Again, I just want to inform you so you can hopefully avoid disappointing customers...

The food was fine but the staff were extremely rude to each other. It was an outside concert and loud. The customer heard their name wrong and took the wrong food. When she came back the person whose food it actually was didn't want it. Whoever was in the truck berated the staff that was calling names out for orders. They kept complaining about it and the name caller said multiple times to just take it out of her pay and apologized. It did not seem like there was any acknowledgement.
