I ordered through the mobile app, when I arrived at the store at 8pm the lobby was closed when the stated hours were till 10pm. I go to the drive through I am informed they cannot make my order and they will not issue me a refund. Basically this Arby's location robbed me, they took my money and gave me nothing. If you cannot make the food why are you still open taking orders and money from paying customers. I will be putting a stop payment on the money through my credit card company which is 100% unnecessary. Arby's, though, still has the best quality fast food, imo, out of the other big 3 (wendys/bk/mcd). If im gonna pay $9 for a meal, i'd rather it be a roast beef than a grey, simulated meat patty from mcdonalds Plus, arbys has a slider menu that is better than the others, quality wise and portion wise. $4 for 2 chicken sliders is better than 2 cheeseburgers any day...
