Arby's — Restaurant in Green Oak Charter Township

I ordered through the mobile app, when I arrived at the store at 8pm the lobby was closed when the stated hours were till 10pm. I go to the drive through I am informed they cannot make my order and they will not issue me a refund. Basically this Arby's location robbed me, they took my money and gave me nothing. If you cannot make the food why are you still open taking orders and money from paying customers. I will be putting a stop payment on the money through my credit card company which is 100% unnecessary. Stopped in for the first time here since I was working in the area. I understand this is supposed to be Fast Food and I understand the issues of finding People to work. But the lack of accuracy with completing an order is ridiculous. I had one order of 1 meal. I was handed a Small Soda when a Large was ordered then after I had left the store and finally got a chance to get a drink it wasn't even the correct soda after the size mistake was made. I don't care if I have to wait an extra 30 seconds to 5 minutes to make sure my order is correct but get it right. Read back my order to make sure it's correct. Anything to...

Arbys has really upped their game in the last few years. They used to be the slowest food counter in the industry, now they're the fastest. If only they knew how to make a working android app they'd be perfect. Yeah, its expensive- but all fast food is now. Arby's, though, still has the best quality fast food, imo, out of the other big 3 (wendys/bk/mcd). If im gonna pay $9 for a meal, i'd rather it be a roast beef than a grey, simulated meat patty from mcdonalds Plus, arbys has a slider menu that is better than the others, quality wise and portion wise. $4 for 2 chicken sliders is better than 2 cheeseburgers any day...
