McDonald's — Restaurant in Green Oak Charter Township

This is the worst McDonald’s ever. Service was absolutely horrendous. I had to wait in the like for at least 20min before being able to speak to someone, they then said “will you be using the mobile app” and as soon as I was about to say something they immediately said “someone will be with you shortly” why are you going to ask a question then say they will be back. Anyways 7min later this guy started speaking and I couldn’t hear him at all so I just gave him my mobile code and my order before doing that I told him I was going to make 2 different orders. Once I was finished with the first order he was about to move on to the other person in line but I kindly told him again I will be making a second order. He told me “one moment” and took the persons order in the other line then came back to me to take my second order. After that chaotic mess I pulled forward paid for both meals then continued to the next window. The first order was a shamrock shake with a fry and a free burger. I only received the shake and fry. She told me to have a nice day but I kindly told her that I also paid for another order, she gave it to me and I looked in the bag (I ordered a #7 with a frappe she gave me two bacon burgers and a regular shake I told her this is not my order and I gave it back to her I then had to repeat my order to her 4 times and explain what a #7 is. After about 10min of back and forth she finally gave me the correct order. I apologized to her and said I’m sorry for all the conveniences but you are also forgetting the burger from the first order. She looked at me smiled and said “yea things have been crazy around here” then continued to stare at me so I stared back waiting for her to get the burger. It took her a min to realize that she didn’t listen to everything I said so I repeated myself 2 more times. She gave me a gross look and was very annoyed with me from this point on. (I was trying to be nice as possible but it’s not my fault that they are getting everything messed up so if she is gonna be mad at someone it should be herself) after another 5min goes by we eventually received the burger with a dirty look on her face. I definitely do not recommend this place at all the service is horrible and I’m top of that the food taste pretty bad. Everything was dry and tasted like it was at least 5 days old. I will most definitely never be...

You should be able to give zero stars. This is by far the worst not only McDonald’s but any food establishment in the entire state of Michigan. They refuse to help you if you come inside. No matter what expect to wait 20+ mins for your food. Only now after what felt like years did they fix the car size pot holes in their parking lot. The inside has no menu or screens of any kind. Again they flat out will refuse to help you and avoid eye contact whenever possible if you are inside. Constantly give wrong orders or if any thing is asked of them even being polite they will scream at you or say nothing and just walk away. Employees will complain in front of customers all while ignoring the very customers being more focused on their own personal conversations.

But as I seen one other person say there at least is a “butt pad” to lean up against while you wait forever inside for any sort of service.

Added note… I’m a DoorDash driver and when I’m unfortunately stuck getting an order here (I usually decline when I can) I am treated even worse then as a customer. They refuse to help and I’ve even on multiple occasions heard employees say they will make the dasher wait until they feel like it. I’ve seen the order waiting for sit on counter for 10 mins while I tried to get someone to hand it to me so I could deliver it and the employee told me I could wait until everyone else was helped to which they weren’t helping them either. Very rude and very much don’t care. The fact McDonald’s doesn’t close this place down is crazy to me. Once the kicker was I challenged a customer once when I was there they were waiting for someone to take their order as I walked out. I told them I was driving to Brighton to go to the one on Lee road which is 10 mins away… I bet them $5 I could leave and get my food at Brighton and come back to this location before they got their food. Needless to say I won the bet and sat there ate my food inside the dump and finished and still left just as they were getting their food...

This has got to be the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. First you walk in, they won't take your order, they tell us we have to order thru the machine. They weren't even busy. Once we order and put in our credit card we get no receipt. Now we don't know if the order went through or not. By now people are coming in and it starts getting crowed. My aunt and uncle get their food, we don't, after about 20 minutes I told my husband to go check on his breakfast since we never got a receipt. The lady tells him its coming soon. I told him to wait by the counter so they could see him. He finally gets his food. When he comes back to the table I asked him were his coffee was and he said she would bring it. Fifteen minutes later it still didn't get there so he goes up and they charge him for the coffee that should have been free with the deluxe breakfast. I don't usually complain but this was unacceptable. I had to wait until my credit card bill came so I would know where to sent this review. I really want to contact the Corporate office but it is impossible to find the phone number. The McDonalds didn't even apologize for taking so...
